My son and wife were out of town and I decided to take a drive and check out this place and catch the Lions game. Wasn't sure... if I should get the deep dish or round but a friend told me I should try the deep dish square. Holy Cow!!!!! Best square pizzaI've ever had. Love the sauce on top and it was the perfect crispiness with amazing soft dough underneath. Excellent Michigancraft beer selection. I'm 100% coming back soon. Read more
One of those whom always wanted to stop and didn't. So glad we did. The food is all made from separately. Nothing... preprocessed. They make their own burgers, buns and hand cut potatoes for fries. The Blue Gill Fish Tacos were wonderful aswell. Did not have the pizza, but looked delicious. Server was friendly and attentive. I would give it a 5 star if they livedup to a sports pub idea and put on sporting events with sound for clients. For me that would be a big draw and make it morespecial. Read more
Pizza was really good, however the sauce was a bit sweet. You do get charged for asking for a little tablespoon container of... sauce after paying for a fairly pricey pizza. Read more
We have drove past this place so many times and the only thing I'm disappointed with is that we didn't stop by sooner, we are... big craft beer drinkers and not many places around here have a big craft beer selection and this place did not disappoint.Driving by we thought this place was your ordinary dive bar but it is far from that. So many craft beers on tap. And the foodwas absolutely amazing ????, some of the best food I've had since we've moved to the area. We will definitely be back. Read more
I was SO excited to try this place out. I?ve been wanting to take the hour trip out for quite some time. I finally got the... chance and I was left extremely disappointed. Food came out unnecessarily delayed. Almost 25 minutes for our appetizer. Theserver was new and nothing against her but our plates were switched around (hard to tell with the smash burgers withoutdissecting whole burger) My burger had onion and I can?t eat that. Very simple and honest mistake. The problem I had lies withthe bartender/ manager who very rudely voiced her disgust that I couldn?t just tell apart and deal with it. As she was compingthe food off she was shaking her head and mumbling negative comments about me. This trip was a one and done. I will never visitthis place again. Very sad day Read more
In my top two pizza places to eat at in Michigan. Detroit style pizza, crispy base and crust and just an incredible sauce that... sits on the top of the cheese. Incredible. Read more
