Surpassed my expectations with the Gyro! Ordered them on the 2 for $7 menu
Didn't have co2 or half the menu. The roast beef and cheddar was slid off the bun and asked for French fries, got disgusting... curly fries. Should have gone elsewhere when we saw menu board. Read more

Waited 10 minutes in line with nobody in front of me. They got my order wrong. I ordered bbq honey wings, and they gave me... buffalo wings. As well as I ordered crinkle fries and they gave me curly fries. I understand things take time, but if I'mwaiting 10 minutes or longer in a drive through with no one in front me, you think it would be right. Read more
This was the worst experience I?ve ever had by far with a restaurant. The employees were nice, but my family and I got food... poisoning from their buffalo chicken burgers. I was vomiting all night, felt dizzy and felt nauseous afterwards. I did notsleep at all from the excruciating pain in my stomach. The food poisoning was terrible timing considering the fact that I willbe road tripping for 5+ hours. I will NEVER be eating from Arby?s ever again. Read more
My friend, her grand daughter, my German Shedder and I had just arrived in Lexington from a torturous road trip from San Diego. ... All we could think about at that approximate time was some comfort food and a month extension to our vacation. We arrived atArby's and my mouth watered as I read the menu board. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly nice waiting a good fiveminutes before my party and I could decide what we wanted. Like I stated previous, the road trip from California was beyonddaunting. We were completely exhausted, our brains were fried and we were starved. Once we received our food, we pulled upbehind the building and sat at a stand alone table to eat our delicious vittles. Prior to finishing, two Arby's employees sawus out there and came by to check on us. I felt the gesture from the two employees was extremely hospitable and welcoming.Thank you very much for the delicious food and excellent customer service. I only wish I had ordered more food for I am hungryagain as I write this review. Read more
