This place will not serve you fresh french fries no matter what. The fries are always cold and limp. They don't know how to do a... custom order either. Also somehow they do not know a hamburger should not have cheese on it. If I wanted cheese I would ask fora cheese burger. Read more
Waited at the register for someone to take my order and nobody helped for at least 10 minutes. Workers were eating fry?s and... then 2 off duty workers walked in and went behind the counter and helped themselves to the fountain cups. Read more
If you pay $13-16 an hour you can get better than what you have. Asked for extra pickles on my burgers, had to wait 15 mins then... my burgers came out with NO pickle. Good place to grab a quick bite when time is of the essence. This location featured good cleanliness, ordering kiosks, friendly... staff and the food was as expected from a McDonald's. One star left off because the restrooms weren't clean. Read more
Traveling the roads with a good buddy, and fate brought us to the Lexington McDonald?s. We were anticipating some tasty burgers... and Mcchickens, but once we approached the menu and realized half the screen was broken we should have known what was coming.The experience while ordering our food was reminiscent to the scene from ?Dude, where?s my car?? at the Chinese restaurant, andwhile that did provide some good laughs it was nowhere near enough to make up for what was to come next. After waiting 25minutes to get our order, we were disappointed to see that they tried to short us 3 cheeseburgers and 2 Mcchickens. When wefinally resolved the issue we hit the road for home, eagerly waiting to try our burgers. When I finally bit into my burger, Ihad to check to make sure I didn?t accidentally bite into the wrapper. Sure enough I didn?t? it was just a stale bun requiringthe jaw strength of 30 camels to chomp through. After moving on to my crispy chicken sandwich, I was sure that this was mysecond worst McDonald?s experience ever, only falling behind Rock Port Missouri?s in the standings. That was a mistake, and afew bites later I realized this truly was my worst time at McD?s, even beating out any stops at Rock Ports. I found that themiddle of the sandwich was cooked close to perfection but the issue was the outside was cooked about the opposite from that.Quite terrible. After disregarding the chicken I went back to finish off my last burger, and was greeted again by stale buns,dry burger, and sad pickles. The entire meal felt like it was cooked yesterday, then left on top of a hot vent to heat up forus. Truly a terrible experience and I hope that reading this saves somebody, anybody, from dining at this awful awfulestablishment. Read more
Absolutely foul! For no reason should you eat here! The cashier was rude an impatient. I should have taken that as a hint for... what I was about to subject my body to. Waited 30 minutes for our food. Food was cold, fries were mushy and could get them tocome out of the container. I couldn?t even tell the difference between the paper wrapper and my rubber chicken sandwich. I wouldexpect better food at Guantanamo Bay. I think I would have been better off looking for food in the trash can behind Walmart.STAY AWAY, do not eat here, hunger is better. Read more

Saturday after Thanksgiving. Absolutely immature and unprofessional workers here. Screaming and yelling behind the... counter. Fountain dispenser on customer side ice wasn't working, had a paper sign saying ask for ice. When you get your cup fromcashier, they acted like it was a bother to get you ice. They know it's broke, so they should automatically have ice in your cupwhen they hand it to you. No unsweet tea, improper straw holder(unsanitary bucket). Franchise owner needs to visit. Read more
