First time at Runza and I love it. Very clean restaurant and the food was tasty.
I?ve never had a kid screw up an order in the drive thru so many times and just blatantly not care. Then he talked back to my... husband and said he didn?t order what he ordered. Then at the end the kid purposely gave us a regular Pepsi and not diet. Myhusband saw it but the kid denied it. At that point we just moved on and drive off. Ridiculous service! I had never heard of this restaurant and we always try something different when we're out of town. It was really good, I got a... southwest runza. It was a nice change from other restaurants. The person taking our order was nice and explained what a runzawas to us and all of our options. Read more

Not bad for fast food! People were nice. The onion rings were delicious. Cheesesteak sandwich was a bit on the soggy side but I... would have lied if I said I didn't finish it all. Plus....it's still fast-food. Read more
The staff is ultra kind and gentle. The place is magically clean. The food is actually good. Good stop.
The best if you love fast food but get that full feeling and don't like that full feeling I promise this place is for you.... Everything is homemade and the bread is the softest I ever felt on a burger. Many selections of food. It's so fresh I thought Ihad a sausage mc muffin type but realized duh the food isn't processed like McDonald's. The bread is like touching a cloud. Thefries are fresh they even have frings fries mixed w onion rings. The employees are extremely polite and regular not rehearsed ifyou get me. It's very professional for the staff to be extremely young. They even come from behind the counter to bring you yourfood in your hands. Burger king used to be my favorite but could never. I personally will miss this place. I hope they take overthe map bc it is more than worth it I promise. Read more
