Placed an online order for a set time. Paid for it online. Went to pick up my order and they were closed, so no food. Got a call... a couple days later apologizing for problems. Agreed to have order made a couple days later instead of getting refund. Calledtoday, 3 hours before order was due to verify they had order. Lady said yes. Came to this subway today and asked for a footlong steak toasted. The girl that took my order told me the oven wasn?t working so... I said it?s fine. When I got home and bit into the sandwich the steak was cold. Went back and asked if the microwave wasworking. The girl that had made my sandwich said sorry I thought you heard me say the oven wasn?t working. I told her yes but Iwanted the steak warmed up. She said they don?t warm it up unless the customer asks for it. I thought weird never had ithappened before but okay won?t be coming back. Read more
Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes after the girl said she'd "be right with me" . All the dine-ins left while I was waiting... so I backed up and pulled forward several times and she finally said, "Welcome to Subway. May I take your order?" The taste and quality of the food at this location has really gone downhill. Tonight, we were told they could only put beef and... provolone cheese on their ?ultimate garlic bread? - my son wanted meatball marinara on his. Since when can you not put whateveryou want on whatever bread you want? The sweet onion chicken teriyaki tasted like pure pepper and there was only 4 small chunksof chicken on it! The only complaint I have is the fact they had one employee working during lunch hour. I wasn't annoyed, just felt bad for her... having to take care of a large lines. She did well under pressure though. Sorry i didnt catch her name. But it was suday 20tharound noon. Read more
