We ordered through door dash for a special dinner. There were a few issues with the food BUT the manager Cooper after a short... phone that was actually funny on our end personally remade the meal that was incorrect. I wasn't even mad when I called, but hemet my kindness with an above and beyond kindness and respect to see what he could do to make it right. He even met me at thedoor as I walked in and made sure I was completely happy with my meal and thanked me for letting him make it right. I go herefor dinner with my fiance and with my daughter for our mommy daughter dates regularly and live the staff. But Cooper gets thespecial shout out. Read more
This location is one of worst location I been to. We never got our utensils until after our food came out and then it was to go... utensils . Our waitress never came to check on us until after we was done. I saw the other tables waitress then I seen my own. Ihad to ask or someone to go to her for us. She never brought a refill of water or anything. Bad Customer Service Window need tobe wipe and clean and sweep under the tables between guest. Everyone short staff I get. Read more
It took way too long to get our food and it wasn't even hot! It was Luke warm and the shrimp still had the vein in it. Our... waiter was amazing I just felt real bad because it seemed like she was the only one working that evening, and it's a sports andgrill bar and, they didn't even have half of the channels for the NFL. We decided on Applebee?s for dinner since it was one of the restaurants closest to our hotel. Got there about 8:30pm and the... service was HORRIBLE. One of our entrées never made it out. The food came out before the appetizer and overall quality of foodwas mediocre. We ordered the ribs and it was so charred, the knife barely cut into it. The Oriental Chicken salad was not bad,boneless wings are so so and came out room temperature. Not to mention, the booth they put us in was not very clean either. Willnot be coming back. Read more
I told the waitress twice I would like to have a Bourbon Street Steak and she came out with some type of steak with shrimp on... it and that was not what I ordered plus fries I did not order that. I asked for a house salad with ranch the second time shebrought out the food it was just a steak and fries on the plate so I gave the french fries to my grandson and this is the secondtime I've been to Applebee's and they messed up my order so I will not be back. We had gotten the 2 for 22. Onion rings were incredibly over cooked. The ribs were inedible, very over cooked i could not pull... the meat apart i had to actually cut it apart. The meat was VERY dry. The onions on the bourbon street chicken were completelyraw did not even looked like it touched heat. The side of mac and cheese had absolutely no flavor. Lots of cheese but absolutelyno flavor. The garlicky green beans had quite literally no garlic on them. We ended up throwing it all away. Very disappointedand upset. Read more
Service was pretty slow.. You can tell they are definitely under-staffed but food was wonderful! I always get chicken tenders... tossed in honey barbecue and dip them in ranch. I also get honey mustard for my frys, as they used to have the best in myopinion but noticed it?s been different the past few times we?ve ate here and not nearly as good. Still had a great lunch. Unfortunately, I have had several very bad experiences. One was on Labor Day when I was told the wait was 20 minutes. The tables... were empty but I understand they were short staffed. We waited 30 minutes for a table (that we could see was empty)when Iapproached to ask how much longer it would be. The hostess who had been lounging at the hostess stand(truly leaning over itwhile talking to a friend) told me, ?We only have one 6 top available (there was no group of 6 there) so it will be at leastanother 20 minutes.? ???? We left. The last time I tried to take daughter there, they forgot to cook her chicken fajita roll-upand it was ice cold. They took the food to recook it and 15- 20 minutes later when I was done with my meal, we told them tocancel the re-make. The waitress never said one word about the food being ready. I am extremely disappointed but don?t plan toreturn to this location. Read more
