Good location to visit. Drive through has tendency to get backed up at times - demand for couple of large orders can easily slow... things down. Foods are generally good & hot as expected, selling an rotating out so quickly probably doesn?t hurt that - FOOD ISFRESH.. (However BISCUITS could be a little less brown / hard) Manager here Ron Banks is an amazing person.. anyone you askemployed here LOVES working with him. If this had been my first visit to bojangles it would've been the last. I love their food but at this location, instead of a... Supremes meal with fries I got chicken jerky and seasoned potato chips. Neither were overcooked so I can only figure they setunder a heat lamp until all the moisture was gone. My teeth literally hurt when I finished. Unfortunately I was really hungryand didn't have time to go back. I will continue to eat bojangles but this location is no longer an option. Read more
We basically just drove through and around the back area adjacent to the drive through because they dinning room was closed due... to being short staffed. We were traveling with our 35' camper, and couldn't use the drive through, so we headed to the nearby Cracker Barrel. Read more
My wife and I are at odds with one another where to go to get quick service chicken. She likes KFC and I?m a Bojangles chicken... kinda guy. I never had a bad experience eating Bojangles chicken. I s add sways get the 3 pc. 2 thigh and leg meal; but I changeit up and ask for 3 thighs. Always tender and the right amount of spice/hot sauce. I once moved to New York for 6 years; when Icame back to NC I ate at Bojangles for lunch the entire week to get my fix..lol???? Read more
Usually you have a poor experience at Bojangles and other fast food restaurants nowadays depending on the location and employees... who work there. This particular one in Lexington was excellent. Food quality and taste were great and all of the employees Iencountered were very pleasant. Read more
Sat in line for 20 min (only 4 cars in front of us) get to window to get my food (Supreme salad) started to leave looked in the... bag and it was spinach (and not that much of it). Get out to go inside (completely irate) and the lobby was closed. Went backaround to the speaker told them I was extremely upset, they said to pull around they'd fix it. 20 more minutes in line again!!Get to window and I went off about the wait, the food and that no one would just meet me at the front. They said they changedtheir salads to spinach I went off again told them I wanted my money back. I did get it back but no apology no nothing!! Thiswasn't even a 1/4 of a "salad " and sure isn't what was expected! Bojangles has lost my business! Read more
Stopped in today 10-06-2019 for lunch. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was ready quickly. It was good tasting and hot.... Clean facility. I had chicken tenders and Bo Sauce. Very good. Salt and pepper shakers on every table! I would certainlyrecommend. Read more
Chicken was overcooked and didn't have 8 pc mixed, they made up a box, but without wings.
