The bathroom looked like a crime scene. There was blood on the toilet, a 6 foot puddle of something around the toilet, and trash... in the sink. After seeing this, we left without using the bathroom or ordering anything. Read more
When entering the store Tasha the cashier was on the front register, I asked her if possible could I get my burger right off... the and hot fries she no problem. When I got my meal the fries and burger was cold. Then I was willing to wait for fries andTasha still gave me the old fries that was in the bin. Tasha had a bad attitude to be working on your front register anddealing with customers. Tasha was on here telephone on the front line and management did not say a word to that employee. Then I asked to speak with the manager, she said I am sorry and will have a talk with that employee. I was a customer just travelingthrough and it took 15 minutes to get a order that was still wrong after waiting for hot food. Read more

The place is really clean the lady who took our order was also very friendly. The food came out at a reasonable time we ordered... french toast sticks a croissant several drinks & a coffee. The food was pretty good & hot also, the coffee was good but, onlyone thing is the french toast sticks seemed a little darker than normal & that told me the fryer they are using needs bechanged. Burger King has the best burgers of any fast food when they are made correctly. This is the problem, they are seldom made... correctly. The person that served me was not polite. The soda machine was nasty and blowed soda all over my hands. The sandwichwas ok, fries were good. Fast food is no better than the manager and this one clearly has problems. Read more
