So, me and my mom came in for breakfast on a Wednesday morning, we sat ourselves as the sign said, we got a decent waitress,... however everything else seemed to be low par. The bathrooms, while clean had no toilet paper except for one stall, and while weunderstand that their truck is running late, they should have divided what they had equally. Our food was lukewarm or cold andwe are just unimpressed with our experience. There is also two separate prices according to if you pay with cash or card, thiswas not the case a few months ago. They did take the drinks off, however that still doesn?t fix the problems there. Read more
I could see it being a little busy, but it was 930 am on a Friday morning. Our waitress took our drink order and our order and... forgot to give us our drinks. The food is good but it's not worth the hassle for the bad service. Read more
Fried squash; perfect. Green beans; perfect Beef strips; excellent flavor, ordered med rare and got them medium well but... overall, i would order them again. Red velvet cake; meh... I'm not a fan of the fluffy style icing and the cake wasn't verymoist. Oh well. Service; Absolutley fantastic Price; More than fair Overall an excellent choice for casual dining. Read more

Good food, fast service, friendly atmosphere. Nice local restaurant. Locally owned restaurant with good food and friendly... staff. There are a lot of locals there. I saw multiple hello and goodbye hugs between staff and customers. It's very clear thatthe people know each other and like each other! If they don't like each other they hide it very well! I was seated immediatelyand the waitress brought me a beverage in a couple of minutes. I placed my order and had my food in a few more minutes. Eventhough the place was crowded the service was super fast. There are both table and booths for seating inside and a coveredoutdoor seating area with several tables. The food is standard diner fare but with a lot of variety and some extras like Greekfood and pizza. I didn't try those I went with a buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. Both were very tasty and hot. I call thisa comfort food place. It's not fancy but it's comfortable and clean. Lots of families, both older and younger. Lots ofsocializing going on but it wasn't too loud. The owner or manager was behind the register and was greeting everyone andthanking them profusely. I love supporting local businesses and this was a pleasant and fulfilling way to do that. It's only acouple of minutes off the interstate and it has plenty of parking. Try something different. Take a chance! Support a localbusiness. And get a good meal at the same time! Read more
Cagneys is a decent place to eat and the service is not bad The quality of food could be a little better and the inside really... needs a makeover. As an addition to this post Cagney?s has received a wonderful makeover. The ambiance is so much better andinviting.. Even the quality of food has improved.. Since I made the initial post Cagneys has improved 100 ???? percent. The foodis so much better now and the remodeling they have done really is impressive.. Great job Cagneys.. Read more
Had the flounder had a funny taste hush puppies were old salad was like grass clippings. I will try and avoid this place if... possible. Gave them 2 stars because,they kept our drinks full.My better half had the marinated chicken that was so dry I spitit out. Read more
We was headed to Charlotte but there was a quick stop in Lexington we wanted to see (Richard Childress Museum) we ate dinner... here and loved it so much that we went back for breakfast. We accidentally left something at the restaurant and our server savedit for me until I returned for breakfast. The food and staff was amazing and we would definitely recommend. Read more
