The staff were friendly and the food was decent, but this place needs a good thorough cleaning. The floors were greasy and... surfaces are worn on tables and doors. The men's journal was out of order with this sign on it. Be sure to read the fine print.If management would just get it fixed then it wouldn't have to be continually cleaned. I went with my son and his family to eat here tonight. If you like head banging heavy metal music that is so loud you can't... even carry on a conversation with your party, then this is the place to go. There was another couple with their small childeating in the back with us and I asked the lady, "How do you like the music". She said it is way too loud and driving us crazy.We asked several people to turn the music down and change the station and was told by the HOSTESS that they could not doanything about the music because there were other customers. This is just the second instance within the past 2 weeks of poormanagement at the Lexington location. My son and some of his friends ate at the bar Monday night and there was no draft beerand other kinds they asked about they didn't have either. We decided to give it another try tonight and this will be the lasttime I spend any money at this location. Corporate needs to go under cover and pay the Lexington location a visit. My first and probably last time eating here. I ordered a turkey & Swiss with honey mustard instead of mayo with homestyle chips.... For one it had mayo, second the chips were soft and cold, not the hot crispy/crunchy chips I was expecting. He ordered a ribeye.His sides were good but the steak was very tough and had no flavor at all. Salads were decent. Never was offered a refill ondrinks, and had to ask twice for condiments. Hubby and I chose to go for our 29th anniversary to Coach's in Lexington, NC for lunch. It is not new to the area, but was a... new place for us to go. We got there right after they opened and were greatly pleased with the food. We both ordered burgersand they were awesome! Like homemade and seasoned perfectly. So many places we go, the burger itself has no flavor and all youtaste are the toppings. And the size was perfect as well, not overly huge like some places make theirs and not paper thin likemost of the fast food burgers have become. We were also pleased to find out that the franchise is locally based out ofAsheboro, NC. It's always nice to support local folks. Read more
