Ordered 2 burger meals with fries and onion rings. When I opened the take out boxes they each had fries but completely different... other sides and no onion rings. When we tried to correct it, they no joke sent out a take out box with approximately 6 onionrings in it. Their Out West Burger is great of you love your Hamburger smothered in A1. It was disgusting and both burgerslooked soggy and thrown together. I'm glad we were just passing through and we don't have to come back to this specific CookOut. Poor system here in and out. I gave 2 stars because their Coke and Milkshakes were pretty decent. No Ketchup even thoughthere was two orders of fries, onion rings, and a corn dog. Just a poor experience all around. Read more
Ate here for the first time and the food was wonderful. I had a double burger and it was very tasty. The cajun fries were... amazing also. We went through the drive-thru and the young lady there fussed at the other young girl about getting the orderwrong in front of us. The manager can to take of the "extra" meal to find out that we were missing a meal and that was the mealthe first lady said was a mistake. So we actually received a free meal, but I feel there should be an apology and training. Otherwise I will be back the next time I am in a city that has one. Read more
Wednesday July 27, around 7pm, female cashier JJ (John) had the WORST attitude ever. Got my order outrageously wrong and then... got an attitude when I *nicely* told her the correct order. Then the burgers were not done when we got home. I will not becoming back to this location, when I want Cook Out I?ll go to Tville or Salisbury. Read more
We've been to this establishment plenty before but this time, the drive thru guy couldn't get our order straight for NOTHING.... Then he gave wrong change back and then he gave someone elses order and we gave it back after checking it. Of all the Cook Out restaurants I've visited, this is actually the absolute worst. The customer service was unprofessional, the... wait time was too long considering there was only one other car in line, the order received was incorrect, and the food wasunlike my previous experiences at other locations. It was my first and last stop at the Lexington store at exit 91 on NC I-85,there are too many options nearby that give a much better overall experience! Read more
The food is the same delicious quality I've come to expect from cookout. Staff were fast and friendly! It was nice to hang out... by the unexpected little water feature too. Read more
