My experience at Subway on hwy 64 w Lexington I ordered my food witch was fine sat down to eat and witnessed a woman and man... behind me in line order and watch the young ladies make their food paid for their food walk out of store returned stood besideme discussing how they could get a refund and eat for free then the woman went the counter complaining her food was not rightand demanding a refund cussing the employee the employee called the manager who was not in the store I was refilling my drinkbeside the counter and heard the manager cussing the employee and the customer also raising cain the other employee was laughingat the situation while her fellow employee took greif from both ends but kept her cool and did what she was instructed to do the woman and man got a refund and got their sandwiches remade and walk out with put paying a dime and the employee got senthome for the night I know this because I spoke to the young lady that got sent home and give her my name and number to givemanager or owner and neither has contacted me yet . The Subway off of Forest Hill Dr. in the Food Lion strip mall...Best servive and the quality of food was exceptional!
These folks are great! I drive extra because they do such a good job here! Southwest steak and cheese!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Very pleased with our meal.
When trying to use the deals from app for this location my order gets canceled now. Get called back we not taking coupons now.... This is a bad look on Subway as it's on your app and your owners not excepting them. Your loosing business to other fast foodrestaurants is that what you really want or need during this time.
