I have Changed my previous rating for this location because they were out of most of the food we wanted, how badly the... employees treated all of their customers and the restrooms weren't clean and I was not thrilled about the poorly cleaned kitchenand dining room area caused a few people to not order anything instead they went to the McDonald's that is located next door tothis taco ???? ???? and got something to eat. I witnessed other's that came in to order get poorly treated and I really don'trecommend this location for a quick urgent need to use the bathroom much less the food!! The only things I honestly recommendis if you're craving some Taco Bell please look for a different one which I'm sure you'll be able to find one not far away to gothat will be a far better service and food as well as your memory to look back on should be a good one not something like this Ihave just shared with you. This taco bell is horrible. I went to use the $5 off your meal that the corporate office gave me for my experience at this same... taco bell and they would not accept it saying it wasn't for the franchise taco bell, just corporate. and they didn't give me anysauce for my Mexican pizza or tacos. My order has been wrong a lot, but this time they gave me hot coffee and I kindly let them know I got iced coffee. They dumped... it I to a little ice so now I have luke warm watered down coffee with no ice. Also my food was covered in beans. Read more
My husband went and got us tacos, loaded potatoes, and cinnamon twist. The potatoes tasted like they were fixed that morning ... and this was the 2nd time we've gotten cinnamon twist and couldn't eat them. They literally tasted like old cooking oil. Youcould not taste the cinnamon or anything. It was plain oil. Very very disappointed!!! I will never go bk to taco bell onWinston Road again!!!!!!!! Read more
We got two of the Nacho Bell Grande dinners and one looked like it was made by a blind person. And it was half way filled.
I just went tonight. I usually have a wayyy better experience but the manager lady was totally rude. Interrupting our order at... the window. And gave me the wrong food. I ordered a steak quesadilla and recieved a chicken quesadilla. I ate it and realized itwas chicken and burned plus I DONT EAT CHICKEN. Havent had it in over 13 years and I'm sick to to my stomach now. Have thrown uptwice. I'm disgusted. This is why ppl order CERTAIN things so this won't happen. Wont be back. This place used to be such a good restaurant to go to as it was close to my home and I didn't have to drive all the way to the... one on Cotton Grove Rd. However, the last several times I have visited (tonight being one of them), my order has beenincorrect; getting items I did not order, items not made correctly or half of the order is missing from the bag! During my visittonight I ordered two soft tacos no lettuce, extra meat and cheese.. they only gave me one in the bag that when I went in to getthe second one, they just threw it together. Read more
