Waited 25 minutes through the drive through while only 3 people got served. Most of those orders were apparently wrong due to... the return of the food. Not one to do reviews but this was horrible and over the top. Including looking at the Cook Out acrossthe street where they were actually getting food. Read more
One of the worst ?fast food? restaurants i?ve ever been too. I have worked in fast food before so i know corporate would raise... he-double hokey sticks if they heard them telling customers they aren?t taking orders because they need to catchup. this is likethis every time i come here. management is really slacking with the managers walking off and disappearing while their employeesare scrambling. Not the Wendy's I remember, but so is most of the fast food places of yesterday. For your money; portions are smaller,... ingredients are lacking and it takes longer to get your order. Dave Thomas started something that sure didn't stand up to hisvision. I'm I the only one who remembers the sauce running down your arm. The restaurant is a little bit grimy, but the employee running the front was very sweet and social. She evidently cared very... much about the quality of the food that was being served. She replaced our fries just because another employee set them down andshe saw that they were getting cold (we had a large order). Service can be slow or fast, it really just depends on the day. Our food and the employees sucked. Our food was quite expensive to be serving us food that was clearly NOT fresh. I haven't ate... at this location in years because I refused to eat there after seeing their grades. I was pleased that they got their grade upENOUGH...but I am SURE that it will be short lived after eating there. NEVER AGAIN at this location! Read more
We ordered doordash and yes I understand it was 11 o'clock when we placed our order but we had just got home from work, hungry... and whoever was in charge canceled our order at 12:20!???????? our driver had just notified us that he had arrived at therestaurant and then about 10 minutes after that we get a notification saying Wendy's had canceled out order. Not cool! Eventhough Doordash did refund our $ immediately and gave us about the same amount in credits, but it's not fair to Doordash tohave pay these ppl for your employees negligence! Yes I am Hangry! Hope y'all (employees) enjoyed our food cause I guaranteeone of them took it home. Won't be ordered there EVER again! Read more
Food was great and service was friendly. The only downside was that they goofed on the chili cheese fries- we only got a bowl of... chili, then got cheese fries and was told that they "go together." The last time we got chili cheese fries, everything wasalready assembled together. But hey, my friend got extra chili to eat later, and they even put an extra burger in my bag (Ididn't check everything before we left, and found the surprise after getting home), so it wasn't so bad after all. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. I ordered the Baconator combo (to go)- my sandwich was fairly bland and the fries weren't hot... at all. The store didn't have a drink tray for my drinks or large bags to carry everything. Little things and details make a bigdifference during a dining experience. Maybe it'll be better next time..
