This place is terrible, ordered bone in wings buffalo, hardly any sauce ,not crispy, had a bad flavor ordered the deluxe pizza... with no olives, our pizza had olives on it and no pepperoni, hardly any toppings and no sauce. I don't recommend this place, notworth the money,very disappointing. Read more
Terrible customer service besides 1 driver who was very nice and tried to help. TERRIBLE manager. Ordered a Cheese pizza, came... in 2 boxes, both burnt and completely inedible. Called them to ask for them to fix it, told me I had to pay for a new one. Idon?t know why I did, but went to go buy the other one, expressed again how upset I was, manager said he can?t refund my firstpizzas or replace them again. I got even more upset and expressed how wrong they were. He then spoke up as I was walking out thedoor, said he would refund that pizza they made, that fixed the one they messed up. CHARGED ME TWICE. Refunded one. Like it wasnever refunded to begin with. Took proof to him and he said ?no I didn?t? and just laughed in our faces with the other employeesoutside in parking lot as we walked out without the complete money back. Absolutely terrible and scammy. Used to go here once aweek. Absolutely will never order here again. Went downhill at this place. Wish corporate or owner would reach out to me to giveme my refund, for at least one or both orders. Read more
Very poor customer service. Staff is very inpatient. Workers are extremely rude. Owner seems to have a don't care attitude. If... you want to keep customers you need to treat with respect. Only reason I gave 1 star is I had too. Also pizza not very goodalways over cooked. Would not recommend this place. Read more
Other than being a bit higher in price, we've had zero issues and a lot of good pizzas/wings from EoC in Lexington. We live... about five minutes' drive from their facility, but I usually order for delivery. 5 stars because I could cut 20% out of thecost just by driving my lazy rear down there! Read more
