After waiting several minutes I had to ask for our food. The employee filling orders didn't see our order on the screen,... although he filled an order after ours. Then food was bagged to go even though we were dining in. Food was barely lukewarm. Ibelieve it may have been sitting for a while. Later, when I approached the counter to ask for extra marinara sauce, no one wasaround. I watched several people ignore a young girl that wanted a refill. Area where napkins, utensils, etc. are kept forcustomers was disgusting. I will never stop at this Wendy's again. Read more

These idiots are always messing up simple orders. When you order they are rude. Just this last time we ordered 2 jr baconators... and they gave us home style chickens with onions on them. Last straw for us ever spending a dime at this store.????????????WOULD NOT RECOMMEND???????????? Read more
We were the only car in line and we stopped in for lunch we love Wendy?s but this one took longer than what it should our... sandwiches didn?t get lettuce we got jr bacons and the fries were cold. I could hear a girl inside shouting what else theyneeded. While I understand the dinning room could have been busy it just seemed that there was no order and it was extremelyunorganized. Read more
On a road trip we stopped to use the restrooms. Walking in the whole place smelled like poo. Both my husband and I had... complaints about the restrooms themselves too. Sopping wet floors, smells so bad you can hardly breathe, and way to hot inthere. We both said we?re glad we?re not stopping to EAT here. I wouldn?t suggest it as a stop for restrooms or even food!Gross!! Very disappointed. P.S. my husband just told me the urinals looked BAD like moldy or something. Person taking our order was incredibly quiet, I could barely understand her so I just hoped she had my order correct. Our food... was out quickly, but only one sandwich was made correctly, and even then all the sauce was in the middle and soaked into thebun. I?m a truck driver and parked at the loves travel stop next door and walked over to grab lunch.!! It was 10:56am and the door... was locked dinning room was closed ok that?s understandable. I don't leave negative reviews unless it's deserved. I've given this location multiple chances and they fail every time. The... last experience was no sour cream or butter with the baked potatoes. Or the added cheese. The chicken sandwich had pickles onit instead of tomato. ???? No utensils. No ketchup with kids meals (all stuff requested) Had to ask for the drinks with combosbc the forgot they never gave them to me. It's like this Every. Single. Time. Both entry door handles to the building have beenbroken for some time. They always have frosty's though. That's a plus. Read more
