Awful service and the absolute worst food ever! Orders 3 sliders all were stone cold, fries were old and hard and Dr. Pepper... tasted like syrup. Workers had major attitude! I see why I only usually eat at Chick Fil A! Read more
Only ones there. The staff was rude, the food was cold and I was served literal crumbs for fries. The manager was loudly... reprimamanding an employee in front of us while all the other employees watched instead of acknowledging us (the ONLYcustomers). Took at least 3 minutes before anyone even looked our way. After receiving our food I proceeded to find the cleanestdirty table to listen to more attitude in the kitchen. WHO THOUGHT THAT DEEP FRYING A HAMBURGER WAS A GOOD IDEA. THIS PLACE DOES. FIRST BURGER WAS A HOCKEY PUCK. IT WENT TO THE TRASH... CAN. THE SECOND PATTY WAS HALF DEEP FRYED. RAW IN THE MIDDLE. Every time I go here there?s something wrong with my order. Tonight I was the only person in the drive thru and the I love you... customer in the restaurant, but had to pull forward away from the window. Then after waiting for about five minutes to get mytwo beef and cheddars, a Reuben and mozzarella sticks, I?m missing my mozzarella sticks. No big deal. I just pulled backthrough the drive-thru and ask for mozzarella sticks, But then I?m given the soggiest most disgusting cheesesticks I?ve ever hadin my life. You would think that after having to wait for my food and being the only person there that they were dropping freshmozzarella sticks but I guess that?s not the case. Gross? Read more
We waited but it was worth the wait. We had a pretty big order and they got it correct. It was not just thrown together, but... carefully packaged. We ordered 5 turkey sliders, 5 roast beef sliders, 5 chicken sliders, and 8 salted-caramel cookies.Everything was delicious and fresh. I prefer this location over others..although all locations have great customer service...theorder is usually lacking in some way (either not hot, or order is wrong or incomplete). Arby's you need to get better help. Stopped by the drive thru this evening at 7:45 on 10/26/2022. The woman working the drive... thru was rude and short with everyone. This in unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. Get rid of her and hire peoplethat don't take their frustrations out on customers. Read more
