I hope I have the right location. I want to give a shout out to Linda the GM of the bojangles right down from Lexington medical... center. Super friendly and attentive to her customers. I bet she is awesome to work under. Read more

***UPDATE*** The store manager reached out to me a few weeks after my review and wanted to make things right. I was not able to... take him up on his offer at that time, as family was no longer in town. Honestly, I thought he would have forgotten about mebut I took a chance and called him back the first week of November since family would be in town for the weekend. The managerthat answered took my information to verify, and without any questions or hassle, Bojangles kept their word. Today I picked upmy 20 pc meal; it was fresh, hot, and the tea tasted like the Bojangles tea we all know and love! A big thank you to bothmanagers who assisted me and to the young lady who greeted us at your drive through; all were very professional andcourteous. This meal was a true disappointment. I ordered a 20pc meal, gallon of tea, fries, dirty rice and mash potatoes withgravy. The tea tasted fermented/old and had to be thrown away; the biscuits were burnt; most, not all, the chicken was old;there was NO gravy; and the fries had SO much salt, we had to literally wipe them off before eating (most thrown out). This wasa true waste of $50.00. I would NOT recommend this location. Read more

This bojangles is typically very good. However, the elderly lady who, for whatever reason, continues to run the drive thru has... got to go. Mistake after mistake is made and she cannot understand coupons, how to work the register, or take a simple order.Food is good but she will make a mistake every time. Not a one time issue it has happened at least 6 times. Tried to overchargeby $17 for a $10 bill. Check your receipts if she checks you out there will be mistakes. Read more

Waited in line for 35 minutes to be told we would have to wait another 30-40 minutes for any chicken. That is way too long for... fast food and on a weekend. We couldn't go inside to eat either due to the doors locked. Read more

Where should I start. The dining room is dirty. There are dead roaches on the worn out floor. They serve biscuits broken up. I... heard the staff say that the back of the soda machine was filthy to the manager. I tried emailing corporate but they neverrespond. This location needs to have a visit from DHEC. Read more

This was my racial experience in South Carolina and worst experience ever at a fast-food restaurant. First, when placing my... order, I had to repeat it twice because the young lady was not paying attention. Then she did not greet me at the window. Sheonly informed me of my total. After I paid, she handed me a drink without a straw and then went to grab my order. I had to askfor ketchup and discovered on my way home that she failed to give me napkins also. When I got home to eat, I discovered that Iwas given a dry, burnt chicken sandwich. I decided to go back to the restaurant and called the location several times on my wayback, but no one answered the phone. When I got back to the drive-thru window, a young Caucasian woman was there and walked awayas if I wasn't there. I assumed she went to get the manager, only to see the young Caucasian woman who served me peek around thecorner at the window. They left me sitting there for 10 minutes despite my attempts to get their attention by honking the hornand tapping on the drive-thru window. Then a young African American comes to the window as if he was informed, I was there. Iasked if he was the manager and informed me that he wasn't, I informed him that I wanted to speak to his manager. He goes to theback only to return and tell me that they were closed, and the manager was locked in the office counting money and could notcome to the window. I informed him what happened and asked him to go get his manager. He left again, only to return to the frontand proceed to cleaning the restaurant. They ignored the fact that I was still sitting there waiting for the manager. After 15minutes pass by, one of the ladies comes back to the window and informed me to leave or they would call the cops. I informed herthat I was waiting for the manager and that I had no problem with her calling the cops. Instead of calling the cops, this timeshe gets the young man again, who returns to the window and says are you just going to sit Read more

Really exceptional for a bojangles. For starters, I really appreciate that we can come in to order and eat, the other locations... in the area I know of are all drive through only. The lady that rang us in was very sweet. We waited for literally only threeminutes, then she hurries and gives my husband our tray and says "I'm sorry I'm new, I didn't realize I was the one supposed tomake the plates after ringing you in. I gave you extra for the wait" again mind you, we didn't really wait that long. Soinstead of 1 Cajun biscuit with reg fry and 3 tenders with a regular Mac and cheese, they gave us 2 Cajun biscuits with a largefry, 5 chicken tenders, and a large mac and cheese. It was all really fresh and hot too. Very nice. Read more
