They have a drive through experiance that is second to none. No matter how full the drive through is, they seem to move it along... pretty fast. The food is consistently good and they rarely, if ever, make mistakes on my orders. Even in a part of the countrywhere there are alot of chicken choices, Chick-fil-A still stands out. Read more
Well...we stopped at a different chick-fil-a today. I had picked my kids up from school and they were hungry, so we stopped... here and went through the drive-thru. The "order taker" took my orders, but never asked me the standard questions that arealways asked whenever I order these things. So I get to the "cash only payment" guy and asked him if everything was correct onmy ticket. It wasn't. The order taker never asked me how many strips I wanted, 3 or 4. Of course I wanted 4, my son is 15,he's hungry. Long story short...too late,.. So he tells me he'll tell the lady that gives out the food. He never did. I askedher for an extra strip of chicken and she orders me an entire meal. No, I don't want this ma'am, just an extra strip ofchicken. She says ok and tells me to pull up and wait after I sat there, and paid for it. So now I'm waiting and waiting andwaiting. The woman behind me was annoyed because they messed up her order too. So it's been at least 10+ minutes and I'mirritated. It doesn't take that long to cook a chicken strip. She kept helping the people in line, but I think she forgot aboutus. When she came to give it to me, she wasn't friendly, no apology, no "my pleasure". So that's that. Retrain your peoplethat take the orders and tell the people at the main hand out not to be rude. First and last visit to this location. Completely chaotic drive thru. We had to wait and follow and behind 3 cars that ordered... after us - everyone was confused. And it was sooooo SLOW. However, the worst part was some of the chicken was undercooked.Never had an experience like this at a Chick-Fil-A. We are convinced this is just a Burger King disguised as a Chick-Fil-A -it's that bad. Read more
This location is not fast or friendly. When I pulled in the drive thru there were only 2 cars in front of me. I figured that I... would be in and out in a few minutes. By the time I actually got my food it had been well over 20 minutes. HUH? Extremely slowand unorganized. When I pulled up to get my food I noticed all the bags were bunched up on the counter. The employee asked formy name and began searching for my bag. It took well over 2 minutes just for them to actually find my bag which was in a sea ofother orders. Now I realize why the wait is so long. There seems to be poor communication between the employees because therewas already a straw in my bag and the employee that was searching for my bag went out of their way to get me another straw.Unless things change, I will not be returning to this location. Always the best when going here. My order has never been wrong, even the tea is always good. Line can be wrapped around the... building and you?re still in and out in about 10 minutes. Employees are always nice and they?re willing to fix anything. Read more
Took my grandson to lunch. All the folks were friendly and we had a great lunch. We had a wrap, spicy sandwich deluxe, and... nuggets for the grand. All were delicious and served quickly. FYI. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE ONES THAT WANT TO BOYCOTT THISPLACE... You can stay the away because this place is wide open without you!!!! Read more
Welcome to Red Bank. Figured I would give the new Chick-fil-A a try. Red Bank doesn't disappoint. Ordered a combo sandwich with... extra pickles with mayo and a Chick-fil-A sauce. Got home with the order and the sandwich didn't have any pickles, no Mayonnaisepackets and no Chick-fil-A sauce. The sandwich did have cheese on it which I didn't even know they had cheese. The sandwich wasbarely warm and the fries were cold. All the years in my life I have never had any Chick-fil-A mess up an order. Disorganized. Not up to par. I?m always disappointed when I go to this Chick-fila. Never the normal experience. Just to add... on today I ordered a cup of ice and soon as I lift the lid a long piece of hair just sitting there. Gross! Read more
