My wife and I both ordered the half rack of ribs which was delicious. She got the dry rub and I got the original sauce. We were... very pleased that they substituted fries from mashed potatoes on my plate and a second serving of coleslaw on her. Joining theChili's Rewards gives free chips and salsa on the table which is honestly a huge draw for us. The wait staff was very friendlyand quick to take care of our needs. Stopped for lunch; party for two; no wait; in our area of Georgia, the local Chili?s has had issues; this one seems to have it... together; enjoyed food and service. Our entrees needed some depth of flavor but otherwise good! Read more
Went in for lunch. It took forever to get our food and it came out cold. Waitress in bar area was running around like a chicken... with her head cut off refilling drinks that didn?t even need refilled while our food set in the kitchen getting cold. Anotheremployee finally brought it out. When I told waitress it was cold, she got very huffy and took it back. Another person broughtit back reheated and said sorry. Waitress never came back to our table. She was visibly mad that we sent the food to bereheated. She definitely ruined our lunch and the perception of this location. Read more

Worst service we have had. Bartender barely smiled, very slow, and didn't pay attention to us even though it was not busy. The... regulars were taken well care of but not us. She was complaining about not making money to the regulars sitting next to us, ifShe would have taken better care of us She would have received well over the 20% we gave her. Also, the food was not greateither. Buffalo chicken salad was more blue cheese crumbles and bacon pieces than anything. So much so we could not even finishit. Fries were cold as soon as they were brought to us. Potato soup was weird, almost felt like I was eating hard boiled eggpieces instead of potatoes. I tried to speciality drinks and both were not worth the $9 a piece. We don't like complaining, butthis was just an awful experience. Read more
Order from here quite often through Door Dash and the chili has been watered down the past few times we've ordered. Lack of... spice, lack of meat, extra peppers, and watery. Also, please double check the order and bags before sending them out to thedasher. I was given fries as a side instead of the chili I ordered. Which ended up being ok, because the chili my husband gotwas watered down and not good. But there is no excuse for not double checking bags before they go out your door. One more thing,where's the potato soup that was on the door dash menu? You've removed it. One of my favorite items to get. Not sure we'll orderfrom here again for awhile until the food is back up to par where it's always been. Edit: Decided to try again, they were sogood, used to be. Here's my raw steak I just got through door dash. I had to cook it myself as you can clearly see. I asked forwell, got raw. You also missed the bbq sauce, and asked for NO tortilla strips in the chili and y'all put them in the bottom andon top! We will for sure not be back. My Chili's experience was excellent. I had excellent service that ensured that my order was correct, even with my special... request due to my diet. My steak was cooked just right and it was tender and juicy, like an excellent steak should be. I lookforward to going back to Chili's and I would recommend that you give it a try also. Read more
