The manager accused us of having a fraudulent gift card, hung up on us twice, and refused to give us the GM phone number.... Reported to the BBB and will also be reporting this to the corporate office. I think the manager and employees are just tryingto get some easy money by getting the card number. Read more
Whatever you do, don't think that you'll get your order after placing it and waiting patiently for 45 minutes. Instead you'll... get a notification saying that your online order was cancelled. Then you'll have to call to check on it to be met with EVERYexcuse. My favorite Is the "we tried calling before cancelling". Weird that the app works just fine and we have no breaks inservice. Either way I guess it was for the best. A solid 70% of the orders, o line at that with very plain rest get madeincorrectly or over cooked. Called and placed a order. Wasn?t going to be home for another 15 min and asked if they could extend the time till 20 min later... & she said she didn?t think so but she would try. Pizza was good, the price was fair. The only bad thing was they put my extra pepperoni's on the wrong pizza. Just check your... order . I would go while they got there $8.00 3 topping large pizza deal. Read more
This dominos is a hit or miss I think depending on who?s working. Some days the pizza is great other days the pizza is super... thin and skimpy on the toppings. The picture is suppose to be a 5 topping pizza. Read more
It was Halloween so we decided to give a 2nd chance. I should have known better!! It was the worst pizza, worse than even... before! Don't take my word for it, you'll see. BIG MISTAKE!! Huge! $45 plus absolutely wasted!!!! Our Grandkids were so veryhungry and they looked at it like it was something from outer space. Dried up, no toppings and what was suppose to be extracheese was a joke! When kids won't eat pizza, you know it is really bad! I really don't know how the doors stay open! Thankgoodness Papa John's delivers. Karma will come to these ppl for stealing customers money and time! Such a shame! Don't taketheir word for fixing screw ups! Nothing was correct and I was promised they would take care of issues and resend. Nowrefusing!!! Get your credit! Or just stay away! Contacting corporate and disputing charge.
