Absolutely disappointed!!!???? I went through the drive-thru this MORNING and orders 50 ASSORTED munchkins and this is what I... received?.two Boxes, one box with one (only one) powdered and the rest all blueberry, the other box had 9 chocolate munchkinsand the remaining were YES AGAIN, blueberry. I clearly stated Assorted so that should be a mix of glazed, powdered, pumpkin,chocolate and blueberry. Which is what they said they had; so please explain?? Read more
Customer service at the drive thru was excellent. Unfortunately our coffee order was wrong and our dozen assorted donuts were... only 2 flavors not the standard Dunkin assortment. That was disappointing Read more
Just left this location, the young white woman who spoke to me through the drive thru was incredibly rude. We asked for a lemon... cream donut, she said she only had vanilla and chocolate filled. We asked for another donut and she responded with attitude thatthey ONLY HAVE vanilla filled and chocolate filled. Which we assumed those were the only filled ones they have. I said oh soy?all only have those donuts left? And she said ?we?re about to close?. It was around 6:35pm and it says online that they closeat 8 which I said and she didn?t reply. I?d love to speak with a manager regarding this behavior. But seeing as y?all don?trespond here, I?ll just come in person. Thank you. Read more
If you need coffee this place is fine, but do not go thinking they have donuts. I know what the name of the place is and implies... that they have donuts but in reality they do not. On a Saturday at 1130am, yes I know late for donuts. They only had 4 choices.Out of the 4 they had , what they gave me was wrong. Half of what I ordered looked like jelly filled ( which I did not order),but with no jelly in it. Just a huge donut with the wrong frosting. The plain donuts look like they were there for weeks. Had poor experiences with this store in the past but it looks like things have made a turn for the better. My coffee was hot and... the doughnut was super fluffy and delicious. When I asked about the change in service and quality, I was told there was a newstore manager. The place and drive thru were both steady moving so whatever the new manager is doing seems to be working. Read more
DO NOT go here. What an experience. Bacon not cooked all the way. Drink tasted like gas. Then go inside for another one or... refund only to be argued with that I don't know what hazelnut tastes like??? Excuse me little girl.. Been drinking these longerthan you've been alive. Oh.
