If I could give no stars I would..talk about cutting qauilty..I haven't been here in awhile and decided to stop for lunch... killing time I got the cheeseburger burger with fries and a sweet tea WELL I got unsweet no big deal then my lunch came I liftedthe bun and just stared at my burger well lack of it was some scrambled meat onion lettuce and pickles the cheese was biggerthen the meat..I said something to my waitess and then the manager and they said it was their lunch special..I should had goneto McDonald's theier burgers are Alot bigger. Very disappointed.. it's also under new management the old management was so muchbetter and I paid $13.06 for nothing ..if I can figure out how to load the picture..oh and the waitress told me in order to cookthe burger all the way thru they had to squash it Read more
The experience was great! Our waitress Kevin was very patient and very attentive to us. He made sure we had everything on time.... The cook (Tyon) made our chicken and steak. It was so good! Definitely plan on coming back. Read more
Went to Fatz on Augusta Hwy tonight and I was pleasantly surprised. Kevin our server was great! Friendly, welcoming and on top... of our orders. I had all you can eat ribs with Kentucky Bourbon BBQ sauce. Delicious! They are under new management and theimprovements are noticeable. Will definitely go back. Read more
The server was excellent but the food was nothing like the menu! I ordered the Chicken with pineapple and the picture showed 4... slices of pineapple but the meal only came with one! The rice the chicken was on was not cooked completely and was hard! The.Margarita tasted terrible and was more like a Hawaiian punch! We ate here last night. Our Server Madison was awesome! Our drinks were always full, our meal was delivered quickly and she... went above and beyond with helping with our meal ordering questions. The food has improved a little, but the grease definitelyneeds to be changed. Our fried food had that old burnt grease taste to it. Other than that, we enjoyed it. Read more
Loaded baked potato soup is actually a bowl of mashed potatoes. I ordered steamed broccoli to go with. They were raw, which is... fine unless you?re expecting steamed broccoli. Not the greatest experience I?ve had there. Read more
I've been coming to this Fatz for a real long time and the recent reviews are pretty accurate in terms of food quality. However... we had a pretty decent experience. I had the sweet and cheesy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. Our server aas great too,he was probably exhausted after waiting on our group of about 20. Read more
