Disappointment in the shape of one of America's favorite restaurants. I give a 2 because my waitress was honest, understanding,... gave a discount, and my eggs were at least perfect. Otherwise, our experience was terrible. My French toast was the equivalentto sandpaper. The flavored coffee, we returned because of the horrid flavor, not even palatable. The coffee pot at the tablebarely has a cup at most or is empty. Other customers seem often disappointed, and even vocally approved with us at times. Foodwas often sent back during our visit, and they lost our ticket for 30 minutes. In short, I'm probably not coming back. There'stoo many other great breakfast places nearby to waist my time shaking an empty pot of coffee for every last drop. It's reallybad when you consult the waitress if the flavored coffee as good and she cringes and replies with what sells best. I appreciatethe honesty, and I should've taken the tip, thank you ma'am. Our server was outstanding, the food was great and it came out at a responsible time.
Service was good, and the waitress was friendly. We were there on a very busy Sunday morning, but the staff had it handled. The... whole waiting lobby cleared out in about 10 minutes as tables were quickly serviced, emptied, and cleaned! Presentation of thefood was nice. Read more
Was looking forward to pancakes today but many things went wrong. First only two servers showed up to work. Our server worked... so hard to make sure we had what we needed. The manager was out taking orders and waiting tables too. The GM seemed to do verylittle to help with the customers. He did point out to the girl busting tables that she needed to clean the slats between thebooths. Perhaps customer care would have been more important then that. Sadly IHOP no longer provide the kids crayons or a kidsmenus. I even noticed that the server didn't have a regular ticket book. They quietly explained that they have to purchasetheir own books because they are not supplied. My food tasted great (4 cooks I. The back) but I could see how hard the waitstaff worked trying to take care of table after table. People left before they were seated and others were unhappy going out thedoor. Read more
Food is okay not the best, we waited a while for it. The staff act like chickens with their head cut off. You can ask for... something and it will 20-30mins later they come back with it, while they walk pass you table 10xs. Ordered their new hotchocolate, it was okay. The small little cherries were bitter so it threw off the taste of the drink. Not the cleanestbreakfast spot either Read more
