Came through the drive thru at 12:03AM, this location is supposedly open 24 hours. We were told at the speaker that they were... closed. We went to the Taco Bell down the road instead and 30 minutes later, there was a line of cars in the drive thru beingserved. The food wasn't good. Also, I received the wrong food. I ordered a quarter pound burger, but got a chicken sandwich instead.... It was dry, tough, and inedible. The lady that took my payment had no idea what customer service means. She told me my totaland that was all that she said to me. The young man that gave me my food did say, "have a nice day ". I tried to call the storeto complain, but after the phone rang many times, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I won't waste my moneythere again! Read more

So if anyone goes through the drive thru, I sure hope you have a better experience then my daughter and I had. So as usual the... line took a while to get through. Once I got to order the food, I asked for the meal to be large as well as the drink. Went tothe next window and paid then to the second window to get the food. As the ignorant employee at the window started handing me myfood, she gave me a medium drink, and I questioned her as to my order was large and she rudely said well I gave you what youordered. I replied as I ordered a large everything from the beginning. Instead of apologizing and making right she continued onwith her rudeness and let me say from an individual who works customer service, McDonald's needs to step up on their training.And for the ignorant employee, maybe you will go through a drive thru and get treated the same way and see you need improvementma'am. The food was good. But the cashier was really confused when my bill came out to $15.97 and I gave her $20. I let her know that I... had three pennies and that totally threw her off. She said, "this is enough money. I don't how to do that". ???? Our young mustlearn how to count with the computer! Read more
I love that this one of the only 24/7 places left, except they usually have to shut down from 3am-4am to reset the system for... breakfast and updates. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is when their system often goes down in the middle of the night and it'scash only. Then not only does it suck if you don't have cash, but the wait times tend to slow way down too. Read more
Overall a good store. This location is always very busy and they are hit and miss on food accuracy. The same is true about... providing straws and napkins with drive through meals. Read more
