Every time I drive by this place at night it looks like it?s closed. I came by at 7:45PM. The sign is not lit up and the parking... lot lights are off. If your open try to at least look like your open. Waited forever at the drive thru menu to get my ordertaken and then took forever to get food. This place needs to get it together. Read more
It takes forever for them to take you're order in the drive thru. You'll sit there at the "order here" que for a good 10 minutes... before they take your order. It doesn't matter what time of day you go its always so slow. Read more

Employes and I express more than one came over the intercoms at the drive thru to say not open until 4am. Why are they there if... they don't work? Why have lights on if a customer can't get food? Why are these people getting paid for nothing? Poorservice...doesn't even get a half star. Ridiculous for a Friday night. Just close down like Arby's does. One big disappointment. Read more
My McMuffin was just a little burnt on the edges but after removing them the sandwich was good. The employee that took my order... was very pleasant and helpful as the menu was not working properly and could not see it to see what kind of iced coffee isoffered. She politely told me my options and took my order. Great experience! Read more
I wish there was an option to leave no stars, I'm literally over this location. Every single time I come through they have... always messed up the order one way or another. The employees are always rude and most the time don't even acknowledge you at thespeaker let alone at the window, they damn near throw it at you and shut the window. I've been a GM for 14 years and would beabsolutely appalled if I had a team like this!! Unacceptable!!! For my complaint.... I first sat in line for approx 15 mins andthen an additional 8-10 mins at the speaker with no acknowledgement what so ever. I ordered a Crispy Chicken add mayo.... THATSIT... got handed my food, window shut in my husbands face. He started to pull off before I could check my food... guess what???Got my sandwich!!! No mayo AT ALL... not even pickles which I'm sure is at least standard build and to top it off the bun wasover toasted. my husband pulled back around and jump the long line that had built up and went straight to the window... theyliterally started at him and ignored him till he said something through the window which was cracked open... gave me 3 mayopackets... no apologies no effort to fix ... just shear rudeness! Now this place is completely contemporary with legendary waffle toppings(I heard, no hot breakfasts due to covid-19). Is the... most device friendly establishment I've seen to date. The drive through is rarely full but the time I went through was very slow. I was the 2nd car in an empty drive through and it... took nearly 15 min to get through. It did appear that the car in front of mine was making additional purchases at the secondwindow (please don't do this, if you're an indecisive person, please go inside) so the fault may not have been entirely thestore's. However, they should have had the offending vehicle pull into one of the delivery parking slots to free up what was bythis time a very backed up drive through. That said, the drive through delivery person was very nice, confirmed my order, gaveme the requested condiments, and the food was hot and well made. Read more
