The worst service in any fast food restaurant I have ever experienced 1 hour to get a double cheeseburger meal. Got to the... window and was told the fries will take two more minutes 12 minutes later I approach them again in which I was handed a bag withcold food. Not to mention the staff is so baked out of their head they don't know what the hell they're doing. Read more
Slow AF spent 30 mins in the drive through 1st time, the second time I ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese, got no cheese... and a single patty called them to get my $ bac bc I paid with my card and got hung up on, thanks for robbing me of $11, neverstopping here again Read more

My wife and I get some good hotcakes and sausage for breakfast here once a week, and the staff is always polite, and works very... hard to get the food out as quickly as possible. We are an older couple, and my wife has trouble walking because of a stroke, sothe staff usually kindly brings our breakfast to our table for us. Read more
Went into order this morning. No kiosks were actively working and said to go to the cashier. Waited 10 minutes for someone to... come to the cash register. Then finally flag down the guy, and he says he had no clue no one was at the cash register. Minuteslater, the girl with long braids comes back. Barely says anything. Then she messes up all of our drinks. After that She pullsaside an employee to make fun of a customer who looked distressed (said customer just received a call about their house onfire). The employee (the man at the register) clearly was more focused on the breakfast rush. He kept having to take over theregister because she wasn't doing much of anything. Save your money and fire that girl. She was a burden to the team and justmade things slower. Read more
No one was working the front counter. I don't like using the kiosk. It didn't give a receipt but it asked for a table number. A... young lady shows up calling out numbers and nobody knows who's it is because it's not a table number. Been to this restauranttwice, same thing last time. Read more
