The food is always good if I do in and order it myself, and WATCH them make it. But if you are ordering it from the app. DONT.... First of all for the longest my order wouldn?t even be done by the time I got there. At least 10 customers would be helpedbefore I could even get out of there. They got a little bit better on pick up orders I will admit. But if you don?t WATCH themmake it and you just order it online and you ask for add one that cost more. You?ll be lucky if you actually get it. I never getQueso on my burrito when I order NEVER. So just go in and wait in line so you can make sure they add what they say they willcause Queso cost extra so I expect it to be on there. Other than that food be good. Customer service is ok. Some days are betterthan others I understand that. And I am a regular cause I just love love love their burritos when they get it right. It?s justunacceptable because I have a busy schedule. Not like the Moes I used to go to. Suddenly the workers are very stingy with food. I ordered a home wrecker bowl and it was only... filled up about half the way. I had to ask for more food. I?m here to buy a meal not a snacks. Luckily they allowed me to getmore rice with it. When my partner asked for mushrooms one of the workers goes to put a full scoop on (as he loves mushrooms)and it seemed the like manager did like that as he looked over the workers shoulder and sneered ?light! The last three times that I?ve been they forgot to put food in the bag. Kids meals without the drink and cookie and no chips... with bowl. Work on your attention to detail. Read more

Went in on a whim and instantly regretted it. The line where the food was was disheveled and pretty bare. They seemed to rush... you along the line and as we were waiting to pay one of the associates felt the need to dump chips all over the place, includingone me and my daughter?s feet, while trying to fill some sort of container. She never apologized or came around to clean it up.Also got an attitude when they tried to ring me up someone else?s order and I had to repeatedly say that it wasn?t mine. Walkedout and left with no food. Highly doubt I would ever go back. Will stick to Chipotle where the food is ALWAYS good and serviceis great. Read more

I want to preface by saying I like Moe?s and their food, which is why I gave 3 stars. I order Moe?s ?usually? every Sunday for... lunch. I order for me and 2 other employees. MAYBE once a month they get our order correct, 75% of the time something is wrong.I went in today and ordered a home wrecker with ground beef, not 30 seconds go by and the man making my food puts adobo chickenon my burrito. I then hear him tell another employee that ?No one good is working today.? You are absolutely correct, and youare part of the problem, sir. Then, when you younger lady is going to ring me up, she?s asks this same guy what my order is, hesays ?I have no idea.? Like dude come on, you made my order 30 seconds ago. I work in the food industry so I try to avoidleaving negative reviews about other places because I know how it goes, but when you can?t get an order right even 50% of thetime, you?ve got a big problem. I?ve eaten at this Moe?s multiple times and never had a problem. Well today, my husband ordered online, as I am eating the food... I find what looks like a wire food tie, in my bowl. I did call the establishment to let them know, however, no answer. This iscompletely unacceptable, as I am pregnant and to any customer, in general. Better food safety measures need to be in place, thisis very dangerous!!!! Read more
