Went here and they had no bread for a specialty sandwich that's new, no mozzarella cheese for pizza, no gouda cheese, autumn... squash soup, broccoli and cheddar soup or chicken rice soup, didn't bring us our chips and also upcharged us for the replacedcheese that they didn't have! The Pepsi was clear and obviously needed to be replaced... get it together. Read more
First time at this store. Went to the drive thru to order chicken and wild life soup. The employee had minimal knowledge and... they were out of bread bowls. Get to the window after a 15 minute wait. I was not greeted or told a total just repeated theorder. Then once my card was returned I was asked to pull around to the curbside location where I sat for 20 minutes then whenmy food was brought out the car that just arrived was served before me. The WORST experience I?ve ever had with a Panera bread! First I get an email saying my order was complete. Get there and don?t... see my bag and everyone there just stared at me not one asked to help me. Finally I speak up and was told it?s not ready andthey only have 2 of the bread bowls instead of the 3 that I ordered. The one girl asked me how I wanted it done and literallyshe just walked away. So I?m just standing there and I now I have to same something again for help. Finally a young lady helped.Finished the order and I check it all and of course it?s wrong!!! Then the girl who disappeared was standing their I told her itwas wrong and she just looked at me like she didn?t understand that I was missing my French onion soup. Had a nice lunch with my granddaughter. She had never been, had the chicken BLT. I chose the tuna, always good. Also had frozen... strawberry lemonades, which were almost dessert. Store was clean, staff friendly. Read more
I am officially done with Panera.. I asked for chicken salad with no bread. I paid $11 and received 7 small chunks of chicken.... This is NOT enough to fill an entire sandwich. So I paid over $1 per small chunk!?!?! I left hungry.. the last time I came, thedrive thru knew how to place the order as a side item. I should not pay $11 for this. I will not be back.. Read more
I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived. The lemon drop cookie was the best part of my lunch. It was soft,... flavorful, and not overly sweet. Everything was still hot when I drove 15 minutes back home. The only problem was the turkey hada funny taste to it so I didn't eat my sandwich. This is not a margherita pizza. There's no basil. Also, I couldn't drink my tea because I could taste the bitter gross flavor of... dirty tea nozzles and or urns. The only positive thing I can say is the server was extremely pleasant and nice. Read more
This place is horrible. They took forever to take my order and kept holding us in the middle of our order. Also they ran out of... eggs even though it?s a breakfast place like what sandwich doesn?t have eggs. The service is horrible and they don?t care atall. Panera fix your restaurant. Read more
