The absolute worst piccata I have ever had. The tiny piece of veal was gray, like it had been microwaved, and the white wine... reduction may have been a tiny bit of chicken stock with a few drops of lemon. It tasted more like lemon water that had beenthickened with corn starch. Then it was served over a bowl full of penne that was unseasoned and a bit tough with the flavorlesssauce filling the bottom of the bowl. Another in my party had chicken piccata and the chicken was boiled and unseasoned. Aterrible meal that wasn?t worth the money. Never eating there again. Read more

We've eaten there 2x now. Food is very good. A bit on the pricey side, but the waitress remembered us when we walked in. And... remembered what we had ordered the first time we were there. They have outdoor seating too, but we haven't experienced it yet. Read more

Fabulous little restaurant it took us a while to notice. The outside is very unassuming, and you would almost think it was... carry out only, but they have a very nice dining area with a bar, and great Italian ambiance. We had the Stromboli and it wasexcellent! Read more

Last minute decision, food is old with toppings thrown on. Cafeteria pizza from middle school is the best comparison.

Ordered online at 4:30 for pick up at 6:15. The pizzas were cold. When we inquired how long ago they were made, a cashier told... us 20 minutes ago. When we spoke to the manager, she said they were made at 4:30. She offered to re-heat them or re-make. Weopted to re-make since the food sat out for 2 hours. Read more

I'm usually the person who only says good things about businesses bc I get it. Covid and you can't get anyone to work and blah... blah blah. But if you're asking people to 'be patient' and understand the times, at least let the quality and quantity of foodbe worth it. Waiting over 50 minutes at lunch to have to turn around and take it to go to eat on the run all to find out I paid$16 for 4 shrimp and a tiny pasta serving, is ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is when you call to talk to the manager & sheblows you off & let's you know she couldn't care less because she has 'a line of people' in front of her. What a dump this placehas gone to. Read more

Had to seat myself. Sat for about 30min finally got up and one waitress was getting off work soon but she took our order. Seemed... like she really didnt want to be there. Didnt write anyting down found out after an hour that our order was almost done andchecked to make sure everything was put it and she forgot half the order asked the new waiter fir a new pepsi because the syrupwas bad he seemed afraid of the cup and refused to take it off the table. 2 other tables had the same thing happen. And we allwalked out. Owner started flipping out and all 3 of our tables left the resuraunt empty. Guess i wouldnt know if the food isgood but I wont give them a chance to find out. Read more

You?ll read great reviews and not so great reviews but on this side of Lexington (especially) there ARE no restaurants other... than Mexican options and Goodfella?s. Papa Gios is slammed when they are open. Everyone was busting their behinds like crazywhile I and several other customers waited on our carry out orders. The phone never stopped ringing, the computer wascontinuously notifying online orders, and the dining room was full as well. Don?t go expecting super fast service or a Michelinstar, fine dining experience and you will get some pretty good food from folks who are very obviously working as hard as theycan to get it to you. Extend some understanding, grace and encouragement, it goes a long way. Thanks for being here Papa Gios! Read more
