Always great staff and management. Food always on point. Update....Went today and a new manager was hired 2 taco combo 1 chicken... 1 steak and shrimp this manager charged me $20 twice he's waited on me. On top of today I grabbed my cup in a hurry and grabbedextra he told me 50 cent extra per cup and continued to follow me around the store tonight looking in my bag saying 50 cent percup. Totally embarrassing and this was today. And I've been going here since this location opened. For $20 I'll go to San Josedown the road from now on. Read more

Great food, had the two taco combo, chicken and shrimp, delicious could have had a little more shrimp but it was great.

I ordered from here online, it was a pretty big order. When I got there to pick up my food, they already had it ready and... waiting for me. An employee helped me carry everything to my car, even after I assured him that I could carry it all myself, hehelped me carry it all out to my car in the cold rain. I wish I would've gotten his name so that he could be recognized for theexemplary customer service he provided, but, like a dummy, I didn't think to ask his name or look for a name tag. When I got thefood home, I was really surprised at the large portions. The food was really good, and the only complaint I have is that thepulled pork tacos didn't have quite enough pork on them, but they were still REALLY good. My husband had a plate of nachos andsaid they were his favorite part of the whole meal. If you want some really good nachos, tacos, or burrito bowls, this is theplace to order them! Just tried to eat here for the first time. They advertise ?boca,? which is a vegetarian protein, on their menu in store. I tried... to order it and the girl had no idea it was even a menu option. She asked a coworker who said, ?oh we don?t have that made. Wecould make it but it would take at least 10-15 minutes.? Why would you advertise something on your menu and not even have itmade? This was mid day on a Sunday. The place was full of patrons. Then they still tried to get me to buy the chips for a meal Iwasn?t even having. Also, the amount of beans and rice you get is pathetic for how much it costs. Such a disappointment. Read more
