I am writing this in response to the review that has the two pictures attached by Maddison Mccullouch . I was there that day.... The cashier you see is helping a customer with directions . when this man pulled up to the gas pump, he got out of his workvehicle, walked into the building, and before the woman even had the chance to turn around to walk towards the door, he walkedout And did not say a word. So She continued to discuss the directions with the other customer, and all of a sudden he pulls upclose to them, and proceeds to take a picture. The cashier was very confused. He couldn?t have been in that store longer than 20seconds. I was extremely upset for the woman and her customer because he took a picture that could put her in harms way and thewhole review is false. Please take these down. If you have a bad day, then maybe stay out of the public. This cashier is ALWAYSworking, always putting her customers and duties first, and doesn?t deserve the negative backlash from this man and the ones whohave since been harassing her in her own work place. Sir, you should be ashamed, and ?shell customer care? you should be ashamedas well for allowing this without first talking to the cashier and reviewing the cameras. Take it down Read more
I stopped at this store needing fuel and energy for my ride back to Charleston... I go in and get what I need then go stand at... the register to check out.. at least 3 minutes I waited finally I asked 2 employees over at subway counter if they couldhelp.... One walked over to me and seemed to be looking for another person.. she said oh there she is out side, YOU can go gether and tell her to come in..... At this point I'm aggregated because this person just watched me walk in her store and didn'tcome to assist. So I left the store. Maybe get some better employees to make your store stay in business.. I stopped by your business this morning while out Ubering for a Decaf coffee. I have been sick since consuming it because it is... not decaf at all. I only drink decaf coffee because I have high blood pressure. I have had to take another pressure pill, eata couple bananas, and take Motrin with unlimited water because my head feels like it is busting. It is 5pm and I can?t get tosleep because of that coffee. I work overnight so you have ruined my entire day and night. Luckily I stopped drinking it whenI noticed the headache getting unbearable. I knew immediately it must have been regular coffee. Very unhappy about thismatter. You need to advise these employees of how serious this matter is . I only drink decaf coffee because caffeine raisesyour blood pressure to very dangerous limits. Driving home, 9:30pm. I pump gas and enter the store with my daughter to use the restroom. The clerk had no signs posted,... nothing to alert anyone that the BOTh bathrooms were out of order. She essentially screamed that they were out of order making ascene. It was embarrassing and just plain rude. Highway gas stations should have working bathrooms. I guess I can?t expectpleasant employees however. An essential task of my job is to hire people that can provide amazing customer experiences. Thislocation must focus on the opposite. Read more
Nice truck stop. Small but nice. Been coming here over 6 years and have spent alot of money here buying fuel every day /every... week ( even have my other truck partners buy here from time to time.) Seen alot of cashiers/mangers come and go ..typicallyspend about 700$ a week in fuel here . But all that will stop due to the new cashiers not knowing how to run the comdata and thesystem be down alot. Plus The black lady with the blond hair needs to learn customer service/ greeting the customers and stoptrying to tell the truck drivers how to park and when to park. I spend my hard earned money here buying fuel here ever week alsomy personal cars that's 2800+ a month. With that kinda money I should have the right to park to where its convenient for me aslong as I'm not blocking any customers or breaking the law . I'm sure another truck stop will gladly take my money and let mepark to where its convenient because Its not like they have the cheapest fuel. Otherwise this is a great store and Mike is aawesome cashier. Read more
I hit this store about 4 am when I'm about to hit the road. The cashier on the graveyard shift is one where you can tell that... she's thinking she'd rather be anywhere else, doing anything else. But when I get up to the counter to get my protein drink and5 Hour Energy (don't judge, it's early and I have an hour and a half drive, 10 to 12 hour work day, then a return trip and canuse the pick-me-up), she seems to transform and seems to genuinely put an effort into her simple questions. She carries on agenuine conversation with me that I never see coming. Always a bright spot to get the day started! Read more
Horrible gas station. The clerk was racist and rude to me. I will never shop here again. I recorded a video of the entire... situation after how she treated my cousin and I. Whoever was working there tonight should be fired. I am appalled at herbehavior. Totally unacceptable. Read more
Says 24 hours but they are never open past 11. The girl on the night shift locks the doors.
