Most who work here are friendly. However, the drinks are not always consistent, which is frustrating, considering the cost. If... you note an issue, they're happy to correct it, but you can't always tell immediately and may be stuck with a bad drink for theday. Update: Having learned how they treat their employees (the local management, not the CEO folks), I don't feel great aboutgoing here these days. We visit here regularly. Sadly, this new crew of employees are not as friendly. And when they made our drink incorrectly- it... looked and tasted wrong, the girl argued with me that it looked right and it was fine. They remade it because I insisted. And itwas still wrong. Stopped in the busy ?on the way to school? drive thru rush and they were out of what we wanted, but the SWEET barista taking our... order went above and beyond and recommended a tweak to a drink they DID have that would make it what we wanted?. Edit: I can tell this location has improved significantly since I had the issue with my drinks in 2020 (below). Now the staff is... all incredibly nice and accommodating!! I go out of my way to visit this location, sometime multiple times a day. Everyone is very friendly and nice. I've never had a... bad experience at this one, even if the drinks aren't exactly the same everytime they're still delicious. Read more
