This store, while improving, is hit and miss and it's parking lot shows it. In an area where nearly every drive through is... full and has cars in the lot, I can usually drive right in here. The service is usually good and they have been accurate most ofthe time with my orders but are always happy to correct any mistakes. It hasn't helped that their menu has been changingeliminating some favorites. The addition of more and more pre-prepared bagged foods that are substantially lower quality thanfreshly prepared ingredients has turned this from a fast but fresh food mecca into a dying chain. Many of their foods don'tcarry out well and their quality becomes so low as to be inedible after even a short drive so I generally dine in. Read more
It says they open at 8am. I sat at the speaker from 8:00 - 8:15 before I gave up.. never heard from an employee. They didn't... answer the phone.. and there was 2 cars parked outside so someone was in there! Read more
This location absolutely sucks. They completely ignore dine in customers, and then it takes 20 minutes to get your order. Don't... know why I gave it another chance -- paid extra for extra cheese and still the same pathetic little sprinkle. There IS a muchbetter, REAL Mexican restaurant maybe 60 feet away, for the same price and much better. Just thought it would be quicker. Wrongagain. Lesson learned. Food was warm and so was the service! Long wait tho and had a few wrong and missing items which there is always 1 or 2 things... missing/wrong. Update: Ordered through ubar eats and lost out on 3 food items. Said they made it how it came in, ticket showedotherwise. Tried to make it seem like it was on me for messing up order, or Uber driver for taking items. They should readtickets more carefully. Not happy. Read more
This place is always a hit or miss. Tonight it was great. The young lady working the drive thru was very friendly. Average... waiting time (I don't mind a wait if it's for fresh(er) food). Food was great. I didn't care that they were out of lettuce (wewere told before ordering also). The young lady working the drive thru forgot to put any sauce packets in our bags but $hithappens so we went back through and she got the packets for us. No complaints. :) Read more
The chips that came with my food tasted like they had being sitting in old rancid oil. It was so bad I had to spit them out.... Usually they take a long time to get your food but no one was in line expect one car ahead of me so it was fine. Read more
