Placed my mobile order and it said it would be ready by 1:07PM, I get to the building and nobody greeted me as I was waiting at... the pickup window eventually around 1:26 I got the attention of the staff and they didn't even start the order yet. Ended upleaving at 1:33, while I was there they locked the dining room and closed it even though the sign said dining room is open 10-8they were out of all non diet soft drinks This is the second time out of two visits with the same experience, I thought thefirst one was just an off day but clearly this is the "standard." It?s been a while since I last had Taco Bell. When I heard the Mexican pizza was back, I had to give it a shot. This is not... the same thing I remembered in the past. The crust has this heavy flour flavor that is off putting, and is so strong that even10 packs of hot sauce can?t mask the flavor. Employees were nice, missed one item on our order but it was busy and mistakeshappen. Taco Bell needs to revisit this recipe on the pizza or either take it off the menu. Yikes! Read more
Online order took 25 min for 2 simple tacos. Was supposed to pick up inside but they decided to lock the door so myself and the... others wanting to pick up online orders all had to wait in the drive thru. Cinnamon twists barely had cinnamon on the and tastedlike straight up chemicals. Tacos are always missing ingredients and look like they?re put together by 5 year olds. Do better. Read more
Great service, drive thru was slammed but the employees were so kind and patient. I had a humongous order of $40 dollars and the... drive thru woman was awesome. She took the order thoroughly repeated the order back to me perfectly. Not one thing was missingdown to the hot, mild and fire sauce. I've yet to receive a bad order from this franchise ???? I'm always about accuracy and precision. If I give my order and you... can't get it right in 3-5 minutes and there's nobody in the queue ahead of me then I need to go elsewhere. And those people needto find a job in another field of endeavor! Read more
I am constantly disappointed by this Taco Bell. I love the food but this location struggles. Today the cashier took my card... handed it back to me and everything without saying a word. I don?t know if it?s new staff or the staff needs help. There hasbeen an issue the last 4 times I have been here in the last several months. They forgot my drink and sauce in the drive throughthis time. The time before they were out of chicken and sour cream and most things on the menu. The time before that I didn?tget napkins a straw or sauce. And my chicken quesadilla didn?t have any chicken in it without warning. I wish it was betterbecause I love Taco Bell and I just want them to succeed at this location. Read more
Door shows 'Open from 10am, Come on in'. Place has door locked more often than not. Exiting customers inside opened the door and... I was greeted with "The restaurant is closed ". Placed my order one the self service machine inside. Food was prepared fairlyquickly, I opened the door for another customer who, like me, was trying to get inside and was asked not to open the dooragain. This establishment, like Popeye's in Red Bank and KFC* (*until recently) should call themselves Drive throughs notrestaurants. If they're unwilling to pay for staff so they can open their doors, they can expect negative reviews in future. Read more
