Me and my girlfriend ordered food from here and it was a decent order because we got her parents and her sisters food as well... and once we pulled up the the speaker we told them we ordered online and they said ?We don?t have you?re order in our system?after that we checked the app and they canceled our order. They are lazy and the manager was very disrespectful towards mypregnant girlfriend. I will be calling corporate about this because clearly the manager and the workers don?t care about theirjob. I highly recommend not coming here unless you want to be disrespected. Read more

Ordered thru the app and paid thru the app. When I got to the restaurant, they said they didn?t receive my order, even though I... had the receipt of the order and payment on my phone. They refused to give me my food or refund my money. When I asked how toget a refund, the guy at the window laughed and said ?I don?t know. Try through the app.? Terrible customer service and I stillhave yet to hear back from anyone about getting my money back. Read more

The two stars are only because they?ve never been out of anything when I?ve been there, and I?ve never had an employee be rude.... Every time I order, the people are nice, but every food item I get is always bad. They leave out ingredients, or there will belike one bite of meat but then a whole pocket of sour cream in a Crunchwrap. It?s always cold, like they just threw it on thegrill for 10 seconds on each side, and usually not put together well so it falls apart everywhere. I?ve gotten fully cold cheesethat was still shredded and not melted in a burrito. I?ve given them lots of chances because I?ve never had a problem with thestaff, but the food always has me regretting I even went and spent money there. Closed an hour early I guess. Someone was inside but couldn?t even let the 4 cars that pulled through know they closed early. We... all got stonewalled at the speaker and all waited at the window to all be ignored even though you could see someone walkingaround in the kitchen. Super frustrating to have left my house and drove all the way just to be blatantly ignored. Update: 2 nights ago I went back and was shocked that my previous experience was made to look lovely. Whoever the lady is working thewindow, SHE HATES HER JOB. I?ve never, ever, ever experienced an attitude like that. We were cut off before each meal wasfinished being ordered, she made it a point to let us know we couldn?t get steak because the person in front of us ordered 6steak quesadillas so she would have to make more. When my fiancé asked for A COUPLE of mild sauces she literally handed him20ish packets, in an obvious ?eff you? manner . Your petty employees are not helping your food costs. Then when we get our foodwe realize of course no chicken quesadilla, no sour cream in one of our tacos, no beef in another. We circle back around, shelets out an exasperated breath, cuts him off as he?s trying to explain and we weren?t given a receipt so didn?t have it toreference to, and to no surprise at all we open it up and there is literally ONE LITTLE CUBE OF CHICKEN and completely coldshredded cheese thrown onto a tortilla. It was completely a waste of money and it actually made me concerned about eating thefood because I was afraid it had been messed with. She went out of her way to let it be known that she was miserable and it wasan embarrassing representation of your brand. Read more

I have had bad service here in the past but, I never have an issue with the morning crew. I drive through to grab breakfast... pretty often and the ladies who work the drive through are so awesome. They are helpful and make great recommendations. Read more

The $2 menu is a must have the Chipotle Crunch is Amazing! However food was good but Customer Service is a must and the lady... working the drive thru was RUDE and need to consider finding a new job if dealing with people isn't for her! Hopefully she wasjust having a bad day and maybe going through something in which we all do @ some time or another but her Attitude was totallyunacceptable and makes the entire place look bad just for that we will never return to this specific location! We knew we should have left from the time we started ordering. Whomever took our order hates their job and it echoed through the... drive thru speaker. The attitude and disdain was apparent. I know that I speak loudly and clearly when I order, this person wasmumbling and snappy at that. The food order wasn't correct but we weren't surprised. We kept it and moved on. It was barely warmbut it was late and we were hungry so we ate it....huge mistake! We had a 5 hour ride ahead of us and we were sick the entireway. We had to make numerous stops on the way.
