I've been meaning to trying this burger joint for a while, because I've noticed that they had goodGoogle reviews. So we tried them tonight for dinner and we ordered the cheese steak sandwich ($9.50), the create your own burger($10.25), and a large fry ($3.99). We placed an online order and went inside to pickup our order. Upon entering I was greetedby a very friendly and professional staff member. Our order wasn't ready when I arrived so I had to wait a little while. But ourfood came out hot and was well seasoned. Both our burger and the cheese steak sandwich was very plentiful. Some people may thinkthat their prices are high, but once you get your food you realize that their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Ouroverall dining experience was fabulous and I'm sure that we will be back in near future. I'd highly recommend this restaurantto coworkers, friends, and family members!!! Read more
Nothing great to rave about. One burger was to have bacon. No bacon. Fries were To have chipotle mayo No sauce. Both burgers had... mayo and no onions. Hate mayo and wanted onions. So I guess didn?t get anything close to what I ordered. Taste is okay. Read more
First visit and it wasn't a great one. The double bacon burger was pretty small compared to how it's advertised and all of the... sauces requested were not included, including for the Cajun tots. Taste is good, but there are better burger places with thesame prices Read more
We liked the restaurant but on our last visit, the cashier didn't understand my coupon was good for another month and she took... it telling me it was a one time use. She could have asked someone but just told me no and she has to have it to show hermanager. We will not be back. Since my review the manager contacted me and was very apologetic and understanding. He has 'maderight' the error of the cashier who we dealt with. We will return for a very good burger. Read more
All in all, it was a good experience. Went in on a lazy Sunday around 2pm. Nice, clean environment. Floor wasn't busy at all and... the service was great. Foodwise, I felt although the burger was made to order and came at a reasonable time it wasn't asflavorful as what I'd expect for a $10 "signature" burger. Go ahead and pay the premium on the fries, the chili was amazing, andpaired excellent with the fries. The coffee milkshake includes pumps of espresso, which was good.. a little too much on thevanilla flavoring for my personal taste, but if I return I'd be willing to try one of their other flavors. Horrendous service! The employees on duty forgot nearly everything in our party?s order. They brought out wrong milkshake twice... before getting it right. One person in my party never received their milkshake, and we had to remind the staff to make it 15minutes after ordering it. My burger had things left of it and had to be corrected. We received 2 orders of fries when one ofthem was supposed to be onion rings. The staff was visibly upset and overwhelmed. There was no communication going on betweenthe employees. There were only 2 other parties seated besides mine at the time, and yet they struggled immensely with such asmall group. All of all the burgers were completely saturated in grease and very bland, but they charge gourmet prices. I paid$40 for 2 basic cheeseburgers, 2 sides of fries (one was supposed to be onion rings), and a milkshake that tasted plastic.Everything is a la carte so a regular side of fries is $4.50 before tax. Very overpriced, adequate service is simplynon-existent, and the food quality is poor. There are several better places for a burger in the immediate area. I will not bereturning. Read more
Had seen ads for the place for the last year. My wife and I decided to try it and it was awesome! Staff was friendly, place was... clean and well maintained. Food came out quickly and was amazing! I had the Cheesey with fries and a soda. Wife had theCarolina with fries and a drink as well. Everything was delicious, plus the sides were very generous. I can't believe I have not been here before today. This place is amazing! I decided to go all out and had the Cheeesy burger,... chili cheese fries and a smores shake. Let me tell you, this is the BEST burger I have ever had. The service was AMAZING.Millicent was so sweet and patient with us being first-timers. She made our shakes so good, as well.
