The general manager is horrible! She makes racist remarks to one of her employees and if she finds out anyone is on government... assistance she'll make fun of you for it. Plus her and her daughter keep a baby in the office to 10+ hours. I would never eathere again. They're rude and give hard and cold food. I wish I could give it zero stars. Read more
This KFC is the worst ever! They closed at 8 and we pulled up at 7 into the drive thru. A women was standing outside and said I... don't have a cook and I only have breast & Wing left and I'm closing. What type of business doesn't have food a hour prior toclosing. I was on my lunch break and decided to go to KFC. It was around 12:15 (The busiest time for lunch) but not a soul was in the... drive through, I seen a woman in uniform on her phone smoking out front, she definitely seen me too but I pulled into the drivethrough and waited a good 10 minutes and never heard anything. After getting frustrated I pulled away and the woman was stilloutside smoking on her phone and I seen employees inside. At lunch the busiest time of day, why are you going to let costumerssit in line while you take a smoke break? And why is no one there to take orders through the drive through? Worst experience I?ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Went to get my food and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich box and a... mac and cheese bowl. After waiting for forever, we finally got our food and went home. It wasn?t until we got home that werealized my mac and cheese bowl was actually a famous bowl and they had forgotten fries. So we got redressed and drove back toKFC for either the correct item or a refund. Once we got there the lady was extremely rude and said that we had ordered thewrong thing. She then slams the window in our face. Eventually we were able to just get a refund for the bowl and go somewhereelse to replace that part of the meal. Once we got home again, we realized they also didn?t get the other part of the ordercorrect but by then they had closed. We returned the next day and the manager said several racist remarks, refused to let usorder and then called the police. The officer was just as confused as we were. The day after we tried once more and they claimedwe were banned from the property and that our restraint paper was in the mail, yet KFC HQ sent us a voucher, apologized, anddoesn?t have our address. I wouldn?t recommend this establishment to anyone unless you enjoy old, incorrect food made byunwashed, racist white people. Read more
