Great food, love that there is a great Thai place in Lexington, VA! Only 4 stars on service because the wait can be exceedingly... long when busy. They, like many places these days, are struggling to find sufficient staffing. It's hard out there these days. The wait is still worth it, just plan ahead if visiting or ordering during peak hours. My husband and I tried Napa Thai restaurant and loved everything- steamed dumplings with a delicious sauce, Tom Kha soup with... chicken was terrific and the entree was Panang curry (mine with tofu, my husband had chicken) - it was sooo very good! We bothcan't wait to come back and highly recommend it here. Read more

Food was delicious and owners were so nice. We did wait a while for the food but they are understaffed at the moment.

Overall food was good, however some dishes were lacking proper spices. Customer service was good.

On vacation ordered chicken fried rice and chicken pad thai to go. Asked CFR with 10/10 spiciness. CFR was nothing but clumps of... brown rice - absolute no flavor and it was barely spicy. Wife said CPT was much worse than my food. Trashed all the food. Thisplace is not worth and it is not even Thai food. Can't believe this place is tricking patrons by calling what they make as Thaifood. Owner - No Refund necessary. Read more

This is the best Thai food I?ve ever had. Like ever. We aren?t from the area but were in town visiting family and decided to try... out NapaThai. Our waitress, Lei, was a gentle soul with a heck of an awesome list of recommendations. As you can see, we triedmost of them. The Tom Kha soup (not pictured) was out of this world. For my entree I asked Lei to pick for me and surprise me.I asked for two dishes as I intended to take leftovers. She went with the Crispy Shrimp and Pork Pad Thai. I was going to bringthe leftovers to my husband but accidentally (totally couldn?t help myself) ate both entrees. BOTH. The Crispy Shrimp was sogood I didn?t even CARE about the rice. As if it couldn?t get any better, it was my Dad?s birthday celebration and as we werechecking out they surprised us with homemade coconut ice cream. (Keep in mind, we had just ordered six appetizers, soup andthree entrees and were stuffed to the gills.) HOWEVER - this ice cream had us scraping the bowl and about to fight each otherfor the last bite! It was ridiculous! Needless to say - we are in lalaland and have already planned our next trip back to thearea, and this will be the first place we go. :) Read more

This is great place to eat. The duck had a perfect sweat sauce, and was still crispy. Plus, any Thai restaurant that offers prik... nam pla (spicy fish sauce) is usually really good! Great service too...I'd recommend! Read more
