Horrible service the person taking the order was very rude and he made us wait 5 minutes to take our order because he walked... away from the microphone. It took us another 10 minutes to get our order. My wife used the ladies room and she told me their wasclothes shoes and makeup laying all over the bathroom. The Lexington Taco Bell has some major issues that need to be dealt with. I?m a door dasher and on multiple occasions I have... arrived at this Taco Bell to pick up customers? food and the doors have been locked. This morning (11 am), I arrived to pick upan order and was met with employees outside telling me it was closed and wouldn?t be open til 12:30. Then they remained outsidesmoking. When I came back around 12:30 for a different order, before I could even get out to go inside, I saw employees sittinginside eating and on their phones. They rushed up and locked the lobby door as soon as they saw me. The drive thru was closedtoo. They need to mark online that they are closed if they are actually closed. This is causing lots of confusion, lost moneyand unsuccessful orders. Read more
