The food was okay. The service was terrible. The waitress was rushed in everything and ended up putting in the order... incorrectly. Barely stopped long enough to check on anything. I have eaten here a few times before COVID & more recently. Like many restaurants, they were short-staffed, but our group of 4... was patient. Restaurant was maybe a quarter full. Our server was friendly, knew what she was doing, apologized multiple timesfor the wait, and got our orders right. Food arrived hot & was tasty. We were there for hours talking & watching the game, butnot sure if there was a manager on-site. Heard the flu is hitting town pretty hard. Will probably return in the future. Read more

Me and my friend came in and wanted some wings, we got sat as soon as we walked in. We sat for a few minutes before our server... came up and asked for our drink order. We ordered and got our drinks soon after. She then took our food order, 15 pc bonelesswings. We got our food, the wings were semi cold, the fries were also cold. Then our server never checked on us. We even sat for10 minutes waiting to pay and leave. When she decided to come she slipped the card into her pants pocket when she had an apronon. She never asked us if we needed anything or wanted to help. It was not busy at all. I wouldnt recommend going here if youlike hot food and good service. Read more

Decided to go here for the wing special they have on Tuesdays. We were seated right away and took our drink orders. When... returning with Out drinks we were told that they were out of bone in wings. Myself and two other people in our party had tochange from the wing special to something else on the menu. One person decided the would like a burger. After the dinner orderwas taken back to the kitchen, the waitress again came out and said they are out of burger. So they decided on just a salad withhoney mustard dressing. When our food came out, we were told they were again out of honey mustard dressing. This is obviouslya management problem and not ensuring the restaurant has enough food to cove even basic menu items, let alone a special theyhave every week. Meanwhile as we wait for our food, the hostess sat another party at a table about ten minutes after we gotthere. No big deal, except as we are eating our dinners, we noticed that the new party order came out to them. There it was,bone in wings. WOW!!! Don?t have bone in wings for us, but had them for the other party. Our waitress was great. She felt sobad about not being able to serve us what we wanted and apologized several times. All through the experience we had last night,not once did a member of management come out, explain anything or apologize for the inconvenience to us or the lie that theywere out of bone in wings. We have been going to this store many times in the past, and have had great experiences. During thepandemic, we had another bad experience. We blew that off as problems caused by the pandemic. We waited about a year and decidedto go back and try it once again. It is not a pandemic problem. It?s a management problem.
