I always get a salad bowl. I love chipotle for a healthy meal on the go with some chips. Sometimes their quality control with... the chips isn?t great. Meaning that they taste stale. Tonight, dining room very dirty. Condiment and soda station a total mess, dirty and unstocked. I asked for napkins and never got... any. Staff were rude. It's like I was inconveniencing them when I asked for extra rice. Received a dirty look and an eye roll.How dare I. This is certainly not the norm for this place. Very disappointing. It seems this location is consistently running out of items on the line, and not realizing it before they are completely empty. ... Stopped in to get a couple bowls for my wife and myself, and I couldn't even get mine because they had no fajita veggies. Beingdiabetic, I can't eat the rice and beans, so the veggies are the base for my meal. Turns out my wife's rice was not cooked allthe way and still crunchy. She thankfully had eaten everything else and hadn't stirred it all together, and just threw it awayafter getting to the rice. Read more

Ordered the large blanco queso then sent a small with doordash so its not like I can just go get a new one. I'm working. The... guacamole they sent a tiny cup like what goes on the food. I really like this Chipotle. Though I typically prefer Moe's because they have better prices and more options, there foods are... both equally good, especially at this specific location. The only thing I didn't like was that the drink countertop was a mess-there were no lids and I believe that was also the reason why it was wet. But rather then that, it's all good ???? Read more

While eating a bowl from the restaurant I found and earring in my food. I found it after biting down on it. Luckily I didn't... stab myself in the process. When returning to store to let them know they said sorry and offered me a free lunch to fix theproblem. I about lost my composer at this point and I let them know that I will never be back to the restaurant again. Theydidn't seem to care that it happened.
