I love the employees!! I, only see three employees on different times & days . They are holding it down, so polite. Customer... services is upmost pet peeve. I don't care if the store is new or old. I worked hard for the coins(I mean dollar) My ice coffeeis mostly right and when it's not, they professionally redo it. Open 24 hours????... I would like to see Donut Connection ownerexpand/ renovate or update the inside and outside. Just a face lift. More tables eatery outside..... It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes I'll grab a coffee in the early morning and it's absolutely amazing, sometimes it tastes like... they microwaved three day old coffee. The doughnuts aren't usually that bad though, the maple glazed one is my favorite! They dotake a while, even if you just order an ice cream. I really recommend the chocolate shake too ???? Read more
Just had a terrible experience with one of the employees. While going through the drive thru, I simply asked what kind of donuts... they had because there is no sign posted with the flavors. He then precedes to tell me they have a lot. Do I asked what kind offilled donuts. He tells we have a lot of donuts and tells me to get off of the car and come in Because he?s too lazy to tellme. I had a similar experience as other reviewers. They now have a $5 minus for accepting credit cards. I had to leave empty... handed since I rarely have cash. Terrible business practice for a place where you are theoretically supposed to be able todrive through and pick up a quick coffee and donut. Never going here again. Who uses cash these days?
