I arrived at the store on Oct 28th at 430 and was the only person in the restaurant other than a woman behind the counter. She... did not greet me or make eye contact and proceeded to sweep the floor for about 5 minutes while I stood at the counter waiting.She then finished her menial task and finally looks at me with a look of zero care factor and says "hey". I wouldn't trust herto wash my car let alone make food for me. I turned and left the restaurant. Very disappointed I have been a huge fan ofFireHouse for years. Read more
Seems understaffed for the amount of customers. Have to wait for online orders. They don't get you the chips and drink like... Potbelly's does. Food is good and normally accurate. Read more

I love Firehouse, but today I had a frustrating experience, even after I called first. The disinterested person who took my... call, answered my question about any other information about Senior Sunday, mumbled (comes?) drink and chips. Firehouse needsto erase Senior Sunday Free Combo sign. I should have known better. The phrase Free Combo means the sandwich, side (typicallychips) and drink are free. Adding drink and chips, free, is not a free combo. It is make your sandwich a combo with free chipsand drink. Now I know, the embarrassing way, why seniors didn't know what I was talking about, it isn't mentioned on website orthere are no reviews about it. It doesn't exist. I walked out. I have always enjoyed my experiences with Firehouse Subs. Their variety specialty sandwiches are less than other chains, but I... feel the choices are better. Their specialty subs are just that, special. They feel more like artisan subs, and all aredelicious. This particular resturaunt always has professional service and is fast and efficient. I have never had a wrong orderhere. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs for a quick and tasty meal. Read more
