I ordered my food already skeptical because I've never seen a Jimmy John's in this area. About 15 minutes after I ordered they... announced there would be a long wait due to a large online order. Then the woman taking the orders started telling people aboutthe long wait... so obviously I ordered way before the online order. Finally after 25 more minutes they said someone's ordernumber. Wouldn't you know it, it was a man who ordered 10 minutes after me. 42 minutes later... The sandwich wasn't even good.Lucky im my own boss, because if I were on a lunch break I would have been screwed. I will absolutely NEVER return to this JimmyJohn's. Read more

Dion did not acknowledge us when we walked in, made us wait without giving no verbal action to wait etc. Sandwiches poorly made,... but overall appearance inside is clean and appealing. Read more

Ordered at 6:15 PM. It's now 7:28PM - called & spoke to a pleasant gentleman named Riley who explained they were very busy but... all orders were out for delivery... he couldn't give me a timeline because he didn't know where the drivers were. Don't get me wrong...I LOVE Jimmy John's. I love this Jimmy John's. They are (almost) always on point, and fast, like they... advertise. I'm knocking a star off because when I received an unwich with visibly brown lettuce (on the exterior) and called totell the manager, I got nothing but attitude. She (Kathy?) said that she was working the line and didn't see any lettuceissues. When I offered to text her pictures she said that browning happens when air "hits" lettuce. I responded that lettuce wassomething that I bought weekly...she cut me off before I could finish and rudely stated, "ma'am I'll replace it I'm just tellingyou what happens". Wow. *the replacement was stellar and the driver apologized* This experience has not stopped me from orderingagain. I'm obsessed with their Turkey and avocado unwich! So good! Read more

Now I love Jimmy John's...but attention to detail is key, especially you live farther than they deliver. Ordered two subs.... Specifically one without sauce of any kind. It was on the receipt and written on the sub wrap...no sauce. I get home and handthe sub proudly to my no sauce spouse and what's on the sub? SAUCE. What does it take to get accurate, reliable service whenyou are literally the only customer in the store? Very disappointed ???? Read more
