Ordered one pizza and wings at 6pm. By 8pm no pizza. Call the restaurant to get a time line. We are then informed by a lady that... the Manger should have called us. The driver was out and she was unsure how to proceed. That she would talk to the manager andsomeone would call us back. We call back at 9pm. She stated that someone could contact me around 11 or 12 about the order. ThenI said that I would like to cancel. She was advised that if I wish to cancel that I would have to make contact with the Manger.That the Manger would be in around 11 or 12. They had an issue on their end. They put the wrong toppings on the wrong pizzas. Thin crust pizzas were greasy and soggy. And when I called about a solution to... the problem, the owner offered me 15% off of my next order. I paid $40 plus $5 tip. So if I order $10 worth of food next time, Ionly get $1.50 off! I've been a longtime customer and this is how they do me. The pizzas made my kids stomachs hurt, now I haveto CALL CORPORATE about it. I am NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Frozen pizzas from now on. Read more

After losing power from a thunderstorm, they were 1 of only a handful of restaurants that stayed open once electricity was... restored. I placed an order (over $100) of pizzas, subs, appetizers and the AMAZING chocolate cake, at their counter. Within 20minutes, I was home and feeding my family! Everuthing was hot, fresh and delicious!! They saved a dinner catastrophe! (1downside, a female employee was loudly relaying personal business to one of the kitchen staff, leaving the young lady at thecounter to not only take orders, but start cooking them as well. Ordered what looked like a great chicken sandwich from the website, what we got was hard buns, an overbaked hockey puck and no... condiments. Huge disappointment, don't order the chicken sandwiches. Everything else was great! Read more

The pizza was good. The inside has a limited number of tables for eating in. It wasn't clear if dining in was open but we were... taking ours to go so we didn't ask. They seemed to have a bit of a shortage of some food items from what I overheard from thecustomer in front of me that tried to order some things that they were out of.
