I ordered delivery through the pizza hut app directly and got a notification that doordash was delivering my pizza. I was not... too happy about thay because door dash drivers are not that honest and tend to steal orders (fortunately this driver, Rodneydidn?t and he was timely.) Plus door dash pays their drivers tips so idk how much of a tip he received including what I tipped.I ordered a large xtra cheese and large meat lovers and mozzarella sticks. The meat lovers pizza was incredibly salty and couldbarely eat. The mozzarella sticks were extremely soggy. Pizza hut needs to do better and provide better communication of theirdelivery services. The cup for the marinara wasn?t full it had maybe a tablespoon of marinara enough for only 1 bread stick. Also I was expecting... the breadsticks to be piping hot because I only order those and I was there waiting the entire time. The bag was wet as thesteam sat there with them in there for a while before they were walked out. Other than that the lady was super nice and I willstill order breadsticks cause they?re my favorite. Actually 1 Star. Waited 2 hours for a simple delivery. Called the store she said it was delivered. I got no text or call or... email. It was definitely not delivered. She said she'd send the order again and as of now it's been 40 minutes. Still waiting. Ialready paid and TIPPED. Jesus help these people. Read more
Was alerted via text our order was out for delivery. Then nearly an hour later received a phone call from the store that they... were out of our soda and wanted to know what to replace it with....even though the order was supposedly "out for delivery" foran hour. Then about 15 mins later get a message that door dash is delivering out pizza and another 15 mins saying our driver wasapproaching. Then another about 10 mins before we got our order which was cold, and tasted like cardboard. Very dissatisfied Read more
Stop using random delivery drivers. Have been ordering from this place for a long time, but only in recent months has this... begun occurring, live 5 min from the store, average time from tracking update of "on its way" to arrival used to be 5-10minutes. Of late the new time is averaging 20-30 and the food is barely still hot, often needing microwaved back to a decenttemperature. Read more
They recently got rid of their delivery drivers and now use Door Dashers even if you go through the Pizza Hut app.... Unfortunately, they told us our pizza would arrive in 35 minutes but no Dashers decided to pick it up and we didn't get it forover an hour and up until a Dasher finally picked it up the app just kept saying 35 minutes the entire time. Once it did arrive,it was room temperature, at best. So for our most order, I did contactless pickup and checked for them to just put it in theback seat. When the guy brought it out, he knocked on my window and insisted on handing it to me through the passenger windowand they also forgot the 3 sauces we ordered for the stuffed crust. Overall, this location has been declining for a while nowwhich is unfortunate because we used to order from this Pizza Hut all the time but are now looking in to our other options. Read more
Wish they didn't use doordash to deliver their pizzas. Food arrived cold & automatically contactless. Paid .50 each for 3... marinara sauce cups and they weren't even half way filled. There was more crust than pizza, and the pan pizza was thin & dry.When I worked at pizza hut I never saw pizzas this badly prepped/proofed or topped. 3rd time this has happened. I think I'mdone with this location. It will most likely be the next pizza hut in our area to be shut down if they don't get their acttogether. Read more
