Usually great mills (& most places in st Mary?s) is not known for their good customer service, but this place is bomb dot com.... Rarely do I eat fast food but as a DoorDash driver sometimes the places I deliver food from sound good in the moment. I normallypick up from the other popeyes in California, but due to personal reasons don?t go there myself, so I decided to try thislocation out after going so long not eating here, and the service is mostly always consistent. The inside feels clean, and theirservice is very good, the food comes out so fast too! would recommend this place, although sometimes the tv with the rest oftheir menu doesn?t work so I?d suggest to know what you want before going in in case what you may want is on that screen. Ordered the Shrimp Basket for $6. I really like this location. I?m not a fan of fast food, but Popeyes is close to my job. The... three times I?ve been here for lunch, the place is clean, the orders are made quick, and the team seems to LOVE seeing theircustomers. I walk in and the first thing I hear is ?Hi, welcome!!?. I went there this evening to pick up dinner. I saw that everyone had good reviews about this place. I can see why. The customer... service is great. When I got home everything was hot, and exactly as I ordered it. The chicken was lightly battered which wasgreat. The food was outstanding @ Great job guys. Great Food Great Customer Service, Absolute Trash APP and Coupons. Used to be able to use as many coupons more than 2 a day and... still get NO Rewards or Points for in-store purchases. Now I go in today and told policy has changed but yet the app stillallows you to use as many coupons as you want without them being locked or told to wait a while to use be able to use anothercoupon. Next thing management is telling me I can order through phone to use one coupon, and he will accept one in-store couponuse. What sense does that even make. Just sad, I actually liked going here to get a affordable meal with no problems. Will notbe going back for a while unless I'm really craving Popeyes. Sad Read more

Went at noon on a Friday, it was busy (not surprised). The staff was friendly. We had to wait a bit for my food but they let us... know that they are just waiting for the fresh batch. It was all good because they gave us a little bit more food for having towait. Read more
