Great food and the employees are really nice and welcoming!
Subway USE to be the best. But they couldn't care less about customers. Everytime we walk in this place we get treated like we... are nothing but a bother. Employees look annoyed and are just plain rude. We got so sick of the nasty attitudes so we don't evengo near this place anymore. Subway is the absolute worst. I highly recommend going somewhere else unless you enjoy being treatedlike a doormat. They don't even deserve one star. Read more
I was there on Monday tried calling on my 30 minute drive like 7 times left message like the recording stated. When I got there... young lady stated they were to busy to answer phone and No they do not check for orders. She was very rude and unprofessional.Hopefully the owner manager will address these issues. Read more
They gave us a cold sub that should've been toasted. At first it was in a bowl. Then it wasn't toasted. Then they "toasted" it... but the bread was soft and cold along with the insides. The people working didn't even care and were not happy when I called andasked for a manager. I was told I had to cancel online and could do it no other way. There was no management present in thestore to aid the helpless employees. You can't cancel your order online. So now i have to wait until a manager is working to getmy money back. Read more
I ordered online. First off when I went to pick it up, they didn't have the whole order ready. They tried to hand me only half... my order. When I opened my sub at home it was a tragic mess. Falling apart in my hands. I even found a hair in it. This is notthe first time that I've been disappointed with this particular Subway shop on Great Mills Rd. From now on, even though it'sfarther away, I'm going back to the one next to Little Caesar's on Three Notch Rd in California, MD. They have never let medown. Read more
If you've ever been to the subway in Lexington park it's probably one of the cleanest most friendliest stores you can go to.... It's ran by the sweetest little lady Diana. She does a good job getting you in and out in a timely manner. She has a great staffthat goes above and beyond to give you the best service! Read more
Terrible customer service, do not let the manager named Diane touch your food! I was the first one in line just to be the last... one to leave. I went to this location and the manager had messed up my sub! Didn't apologize, had the nerve to try and wipe thebrown mustard I didn't ask for off my supervisor using her gloves! While pick through my sub. Being a former shift leader forsubway I know your not suppose to do that! It's a food safety hazard. She didn't care and had an attitude throwing it in thetrash. Even though she was the one holding me up! My sub was remade by the younger employee there named Jacqueline. Pretty upsetthe of the manager is running that store as it is. They leave food out overnight rather than putting it away just so they don'thave to take it out of the fridge in the morning. So if you go there when they just open don't expect for anything to be fresh.This is my neighborhood store and I won't be buying food here anymore. Manager is a joke. Customer service doesn't exist. Very Rude Employees I asked the young man to wash his hands after he Scratched his arm and the young lady had a very bad... attitude because of that.she wanted to charge me extra for something that I shouldn't have been charged for. I won't be goingback to this location to eat ever again. Read more
