So I waited in the drive-thru like everyone else as the line wrapped around until people started to leave. Drove to the window... and some girl has her back turned and texting on her phone. Other workers just sitting in the lobby. I am tired of theseentitled lazy workers that want something for nothing. I am sure they would protest if they didn't get a full check. It is sadpeople have NO pride in their job anymore or integrity. Wendy's commercials are funny but their service is the real joke! Read more
Chicken sandwiches were old and dried out. Fries tasted like old grease. Don't expect a tasty dinner after a long day's work.... Just a mediocre "meal". Read more
Did not want to have to cook tonight, so ordered online. Order total $72, declined. Changed card, declined. Called location, no... answer. This location must be permanently closed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Contacted CCard Fraud Dept on BOTH cards toensure charges were revoked. Sad that the pandemic has destroyed the FF Market. Made pork roast w/ veggies instead. The wait time was extremely long. I've never waited that long for any drive thru service. I really started to leave but decided... to wait because I did place the order & did not want the food to be waisted. The taste was as expected & the Pineapple Mangodrink was very good. Read more
I've ordered from this location plenty of times before, and never had a bad experience. Tonight, however, is a different story.... I ordered a simple Asiago Chicken Sandwich through Door Dash. My driver texts me and tell me the staff was giving her a hardtime, and claimed I never ordered, even though the money had already been taken out of my account. I called the store myself toconfirm, and sure enough, they essentially told me I was full of it. My driver said she would talk to the manager. Never heardanything else and the order was cancelled. Not sure who's to blame here, between Door Dash, or Wendy's. Bottom line is, notevery experience at this location is horrible. Some nights, however, are worse than others. Read more
I usually get good from this location but today was definitely a first for me. Half way through eating my breakfast baconator I... bit through a piece of what looks like a brown paper bag. I definitely won?t be eating here again. Read more
Some days, this location has the most amazing food... but today I would have been better off throwing my money in the trash and... not wasting my time. Horrible attitude from drive thru employee. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was missing a lot of ingredients. Also the fries... were just dumped in the bag. This Wendy's has gone down hill. I don't recommend this location on Great Mills Rd. Read more
